I plugged the cable like you said and when it was not extruding it was making a noise and a big vibration. Then I changed the red with blue and now the noise is like a whistle but no vibration. No gears are moving inside, just the noise. I don't remember to have any noise from the Extruder motor of the Nimble when it was not extruding.by alex773 - Delta Machines

I finally opened the printer to have access to Duet. My extruder Cable ( first from the left ) it has the wire starting with black, green,red and blue. The cable from Hemera has the wire starting with black, green, blue and red. Should I change the red with blue ?by alex773 - Delta Machines

For the motor did you use the power cable provide by E3d ? Did you set the steps per mm to 409 ? Can you please help me with the set up for Hemera .by alex773 - Delta Machines

Thank you for the pictures. Nice printer. Did you grease the gears with the grease provided by E3d or use the syntetic grease from Amazon ? What screws did you use for mounting the Hemera ? How long is the Bowden tube ?by alex773 - Delta Machines

I will let you know when I have my hands on it. What Bowden tube should I use ? I know that are tons of Bowden tubes on Amazon. I have to order tube also. Do you know any place where I can buy a quality Bowden tube ?by alex773 - Delta Machines

Blt3dp, can you please share the link for Super Lube 92003 Synthetic Grease with PFTE what you use for your maglalls and rid ends. I can't find it. I found Super Lube 92003 Silicone Lubricating Grease with PTFE. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines

I finally have some time to do the extrusion calibration and from 96mm / 100mm I managed to get 99.7mm / 100mm extrusion. I used this fixture from Sublime Layers : I changed the bearings and the belts . The printer is quiet now. I will start printing tomorrow to see if any changes are visible on the quality.by alex773 - Delta Machines

Sorry for delay , avion23. I'm printing from SD card all the time and I'm using S3D and Prusa Slicer. Right now when I tell the printer to extrude 100mm it will extrude 96mm. I'm going to work on the extrusion to get closer to 100mm.by alex773 - Delta Machines

I will post some pictures when I get home. I don't see any difference in the quality of the prints , but I think it's from the slicer settings . I did the extruder calibration. I did measure the extrusion and it was extruding 104/ 100mm. Now is 96/100mm. I'm still printing tests . The printer is more quiet now.by alex773 - Delta Machines

I finally have time to install the new bearings on top and I did clean up the linear bearings and use the synthetic PFTE oil. You right about that PFTE synthetic oil. I think it's much better than the Lucas oil what I use. Lucas oil is very thick. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines

I'm thinking to replace my linear rails but I don't think I will buy again the RobotDigg . One of my linear bearing is not working like I want . I think is Ok. I will try to clean them again with acetone and use your synthetic oil but not the way you did. Is to risky for me. Where I can find better linear rails then the ones from RobotDigg ? This sound like a big job. As long there is a difference is worth it. What linear rails do you have ? I have them from RobotDigg. Did you replace only the balls or the bearing block ? On the MFL4 bearings did you notice any difference between the old grease and the new grease ?by alex773 - Delta Machines

I have the all parts printed including the update mount plates. Thank you. I finally got the belts. I'm trying to change them in weekend. Did you try the Synthetic oil with PTFE ? Any difference ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
