This design looks promising. I like the tusk very much. I think Filastruder have the 3010 fans also. I don't know how easy is to find the tubesby alex773 - Delta Machines
I never had the chance to use it. It takes to much from the build plate, I can't use G32 . The blower fan is hitting the Y tower during the auto calibration. The bracket it has to be modified to fit the smart effector. I printed this duct : 270 degrees and give it a try. I will post some pictures today. Did you change your cooling system ? I ordered some 4010 blower fan to try them out.by alex773 - Delta Machines
My printer is up and running. Thank you Davidby alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you David for your reply. I have a Duet2 WIFI V1.04a. I found the fuse and I'm on my way to the store. Probably they are not going to have a 1A but I found your post where you said I can use a 2A fuse. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
I finally found a way to install the Zesty fan duct as you can see in the picture. By mistake I make a short between the legs of the blower fan. Now the lights, heatsink fan and the cooling fan for Duet board are not working. There is any fuses for Duet or smart effector ? Please let me know how to do troubleshooting . Thank you. I can't believe this.by alex773 - Delta Machines
Did you see this one ? 11.89gby alex773 - Delta Machines
I think that's a good idea. I already printed the Zesty 5015 fan duct and the weight was 20.48g. One 5015 blower fan weighs 28.34g ( I ordered mine today) . Isn't to much weight with 2 blowers ? What do you think?by alex773 - Delta Machines
Are you planning to use a 2x 5015 fan set up or just one 5015 fan . They are not to many models out there for smart effector .by alex773 - Delta Machines
Are you planning to use a 5015 fan ? Like this one ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
I was looking for a better solution to replace the cooling fan but I couldn't find one. What do you think about your gcode on my machine ? Besides the cooling fan, do you think is something wrong with the printer or the slicer ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
This is the same gcode, different color. That mess on the left side of the Benchy is from the cooling fan ? I noticed that you changed the speed of the cooling fan during the print.by alex773 - Delta Machines
This is the print from your Gcode. I will post more pictures in the morning. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
This is the last print . It looks much better but it still not a good print.by alex773 - Delta Machines
At room temperature, the hotend is at 24.9C and the bed is 25.1C . Do you think I should do the Pid on both of them again ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
This is how the bend looks in the positions you asked to measure. Is that ok how I measured the Nimble cable bend ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
The cooling fan It is set up in slicer to turn on starting with second layer. I have the bed to 60C when I'm printing. The bottom of the fan shroud it is lower than the bottom of the heater block.by alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you Darrel. I do have your circular fan duct and circular fan duct bracket since I finished building the printer. I took the silicone sock to show you how low the fan duct goes. Do you think is to low ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
This is how I have the Nimble set up and the spool holder.by alex773 - Delta Machines
I checked everything you said, I also re-lube the Nimble, the linear rails, ball studs, carriages. I also checked every single bolt and nut on the printer. This is the first print. Where did you have the Nimble motor installed ? I have it on the Z tower at about 45 cm from the top of the bottom corner. The filament is very easy to pull.by alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you Darrel for your reply. Last week I removed the bed and I checked everything under the build plate. I also checked the crimping on all cables. Now I can do the auto calibration with the bed on 60C and hotend on 130C with no problem. How tight the belts should be ? I will check everything you said.by alex773 - Delta Machines
I did change all settings you recommended. I also checked the movements of the nozzle . The movements are exactly like your description. These prints are the best I have got from the printer. However, I'm so disappointed about the print quality of this printer. I'm ready to burn /throw the printer and buy a Prusa or something similar, at least I have more quality parts. A friend of mine has a Artby alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you. I'm going to change these settings and report backby alex773 - Delta Machines
I changed the settings what you suggested and I start having better prints but not even close to the way it should be. I still have the blobs and they're at the beginning of the new layer. I can't figure out if is the printer or the software.by alex773 - Delta Machines
From where did you buy the Hemera ? I'm thinking to replace the Nimble with Hemera. I don't like to have a Bowden extruder, but if the quality is much better than is worth it.by alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you. I don't know any setting for it. I'm still learning how to use S3d. I don't know what to doby alex773 - Delta Machines
This is the G-code for the cube. I'm using the e3d hot end with 0.5 mm nozzle, Nozzle X Print speed is 70 , temp is 200 C , layer height is 0.2 . The retraction distance is set to 1. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
I also bought the Hatchbox Pla what you use for Tiki statue. Please take a look at the orange prints and let me know what do you think. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
Hi blt3dp. I did the changes in Duet and Slicer. This are the results .by alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you. The nozzle is 0.5. I changed from 0.4 to 0.6 .On the extrusion multiplier should I changed from 1 to 0 ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
Hi blt3dp. Can you please tale a look over my Slicer settings and let me know what should I change to have a good starting point. Thank you. I can't wait to start a print with the new settingsby alex773 - Delta Machines
