Thank you blt3dp. I will check the extrusion multiplies . This pictures are your cube Stl. Please take a look on the corners, all are the same. No matter what I was trying out the corners are like this.by alex773 - Delta Machines
I will post some pictures with my prints for you. Can you please post some pictures with your Hemera set up.by alex773 - Delta Machines
Hi, Blt3dp. Did you try to mount the Nimble motor on a gimbal mount to see if any difference ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
Hello to everyone. It's been a year now since I started working ( building) on my printer. It was a long and great journey. This project was not possible without your help and support. The printer is fantastic ( from my shoes ). I still have to do some adjustments and tweaking, to get the perfect print but sooner or later I will get there. I know for most of the people is just another printer bby alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you blt3dp. I'm going to try this. Send me a Stl to print and I will post pictures to see the differenceby alex773 - Delta Machines
Hi Leif, can you please tell me how I turn the fans off during calibration. I want to try your way, maybe it will work for me too. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines

Try turning off fans during calibration - worked for me before I twisted my cables Hi Leif. Thank you for your response. I have my cables twisted and I checkeby alex773 - Delta Machines
Hi blt3dp. Sorry for delay but for the last 6 months I was in and out from town and I didn't have time for the printer. To be honest with you I'm not 100 % satisfied with the surface finish and I have some failed prints. Send me an Stl to print and I will post the picturesby alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you. I will check out the cables and I let you know.by alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you for your help. I checked what you said and everything looks good. I tried to calibrate with the hotend and bed off and it worked. Where do you think it is the problem ? Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you blt3dp for your help. I checked the hotend and isn't loose. Everything looks fineby alex773 - Delta Machines
After so much time I finally was able to print with success some models . ( See the attachments). Until In this morning when I try to calibrate the printer and I noticed that the printer Is start skipping some calibration points.I also noticed that when I home the towers the hotend Is moving to the left after homming. I'm doing something wrong ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
Hi Blt3dp. Just checking to see how you've gotten the Nimble installed. Are you happy with it ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
This is the way I installed my heat sink Fan. I did file a lock nut to have room for the heat sink fan. Please let me know if you need any pictures from a specific angleby alex773 - Delta Machines
I'm not going to be in town until Monday. If Is not to late I will post some pictures when I get home. If I remember correctly I have the heat sink fan mounted up side down for the same reason. I have to double check.by alex773 - Delta Machines
Mine is working fine just with the bracket. I have in my PC at home a 3D file with a Gimbal mount for 2020 Delta frame, but I never used it. I can post the file Monday when I will be back in town. Did you mount the Nimble on the adapter ?by alex773 - Delta Machines
There is no lip on the adapter. The Nimble seats on top of the ptfe.by alex773 - Delta Machines
For the hole I use a drill bit close to the exterior diameter of ptfe. I'm going to post some pictures when I get back home. Let me know if you need more picturesby alex773 - Delta Machines
Installation of Nimble was easy and straight forward. The adapter from Shapeways It is working very good. The only thing I have to do to make it work It was the hole for the Bowden tube It was to tight. The drive cable length is 95 cm. The motor Is mounted on Z tower. I'm not at the printer right now but I will post some pictures for the cables and measurements where I have the motor . The Nimblby alex773 - Delta Machines
I installed the Fan Duct. This is how It looks on Smart effector. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
I have them ready for mounting. Tonight. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
This is the only way to Place surface on bed. I will try to print it and let you know. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
I tried the Place surface on bed and its not working. I will try again. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
I was trying to load the file to Simplify 3D and this is what I got. I can't place the fan duct on the build surface. The bracket is ok. Do you know by any chance why ? I tried everything on S3d and It is not working. Thank youby alex773 - Delta Machines
I do apologise for delay. As you know I have this fan duct from thingiverse installed with no success on my machine. I have no clearance. It was to close to the build surface. I don't know if it was the bracket or the fan duct. I really like this fan duct but It was not working for me. Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I'm going to print your file today and I hope It will fit better.by alex773 - Delta Machines
Thank you FA-MAS. I have to order the LED. I was thinking to replace them with something like this : The original ones are small and I don't think It's very easy to solder .by alex773 - Delta Machines
Quotedc42 In that case it sounds like either one of the LEDs or the series resistor has blown. Did you run the effector at 24V with the "on for 12V" jumper installed? If you did then the 604 ohm series resistor has probably blown. If not, then most likely one of the 3 LEDs has failed - which is unlikely but not impossible. The one with 12V or 24V across it is the one that has failed. I run the Eby alex773 - Delta Machines
I finally got time to check the 8-way connector. It was not that hard to take the plugs out from the connector ( based on your recommendation ) , and Yes it was a bad crimp connection in the output pin. Now the G30 and G32 commands work with no problem. Thank you so much.by alex773 - Delta Machines
