Hallo, ... wer Material oder eine Basis für einen Neuaufbau sucht - ich habe einen älteren Eigenbau-ORCA und einen "Wanhao Duplicator Plus MarkII" über, die ich günstig abgeben kann (für Porto + etwas als "Motivationsaufschlag"). Beim ORCA ist mir heute beim Drucken die Düse ins Bett gerauscht und hat die Bett-Lagerung ausgehebelt/dejustiert, was eine Zerlegung und Neueinrichtung bräuchte - sonby VDX - Schwarzes Brett

... by the way - with the galvanic approach you can easy manufacture any size and form of tips and probe-points, which you can get as "hollow form" in a plastic sheet. This would be a perfect use for the UV-LCD-3D-printers with roughly 25 microns big "voxels". With some tweaking you can get even finer resolution, if you modify a common data-beamer with an UV-LED as light source and adding a redby VDX - Tech-Talk

I had a cooperation (more I had to help them solve some handling issues), from where I've got a bunch of "nano-nailheads" -- it's essentially a halfsphere of gold or platinum with 30µm diameter with a 30 or 50µm long "nano-needle" centered at the flat side. ... for some decent "microfabrication" in sort of a DIY approach you can use lasers with a fine spot - common fiberlasers have spot diameters around 30 microns, with different optics even down to below 10 microns. ... it's possible, but not so easy, to modify Marlin to do what you want - I had to tweak it for different reasons too some years ago. Essentially you'll have to add some G-codes and change the parser for moving the spezific motors separate -- e.g. something like using "Z", "Z1" and "Z2" in your moving G-codes. For example: "G1 X Y Z E F" will move both axes together - while ".. Z1 .." or ".. Zby VDX - Firmware - Marlin

... assembling another high quality "variant" for engraving and cutting "organic" materials -- it's a 10Watt-RF-CO2-laser with a galvohead, 2.5x-beam-expander and 50x50mm scan area. With the small scan area it's enough energy density to cut throug some mm acrylic ... for bigger working area the laser with galvohead will be set ontop of a 500x500mm XY-CNC -- the software is capable of splitting bby VDX - Laser Cutter Working Group
... ein paar Galvokopf-Anschraub-Adapter mit Aufnahmemöglichkeit für einen Beam-Expander habe ich noch - für den würde sogar die gekürzte Variante passen. Jetzt muß ich noch einen Klemmeinsatz mit 42mm Loch fräsen (die Faserlaser-Köpfe haben 35mm, die Dioden oder CW-Faserlaser-Köpfe 12mm) ... sowie einen Anschraub-Adapter fürs befestigen am CO2-Laser:by VDX - Laser-Ecke
... bei den blauen Laserdioden habe ich aktuell 5W mit einem symmetrischen runden 0.05mm Spot (Lasertak-CNC-Laser) und zwei Sculpfun 10Watt-Module (S10 und S30 Pro) mit einem "quadratischen" 0.08mm Spot - ansonsten noch einen größeren Klotz mit 8x 4.5W-Dioden auf einen Spot vom um 0.2-0.3mm -- da lohnt sich für mich der Aufbau eines weiteren nicht mehr. In Richtung Faserlaser bin ich auch mehr aby VDX - Laser-Ecke
