Quotekaiser1 Hi thanks for your answer, i use a sanguinololu rev 1.3a, it is possibile refresh this board? I don`t know the board, but in general it should be possible to flash it with a new firmware. You have to install Arduino-IDE download the newest Marlin-Software go through the hole config.h Settings and Flash it Good luck Olafby o_lampe - Prusa i3 and variants
Quotebigfilsing If it indeed did come out at 40mm it would suggest that the jumpers under the Z axis stepper driver aren't working correctly and its set to 8 micro steps instead of 16 ..( which will give double the size) Just my 2 cents I´d copy that. It was either a bad solderjoint under one of the jumper headers or a bad contact of the jumper itself. But the weird thing is: it should be a wroby o_lampe - Prusa i3 and variants
Quotekaiser1 im really new in this world xD how can i take my configuration file? Hi, it seems, your ATmegaboard came with the firmware already flashed? If you never flashed the board yourselve, you don´t know how your config.h is set. This would be my first step to get to know my printer better. Or ask the guy who sold you the printer, which settings he made in config.h Good luck Olafby o_lampe - Prusa i3 and variants
Hi all, I´m new to the prusa world but have played around with steppers before. @Chris Are you sure, you have the PSU and ramps/megaboard connected the right way? You mentioned some voltage readouts, while turning up the current potmeter. They seemed pretty low. Of course youre getting a PWM sort of signal which lowers the readout on a DMM, but I think it is worth checking the power-wiring againby o_lampe - Prusa i3 and variants
