We find that the heating Bed plate expand when we test the BD sensor and Dial Gauge, expand about 0.04mm while the bed temperature from 40C to 70C, at same time we can also see that the accuracy of BD sensor is same as dial gauge. Note: please see the small red number marks on the dial gauge instead of black number. Video:by MARKYU - Developers
I just take a video about this sensor work with heating bed. so far the inductive sensor is stable and accurate than I expect before. and different inductive sensor have some different accurate, also in some range are not good, see this picture that I get the raw data from inductive sensorby MARKYU - Developers
this BD sensor is based on the inductive proximity sensor and I add some more chip like MCU and i2c interface, I have written the library,so the test code for arduino is very simple, also support marlin firmware. the piezo sensors is cool and I have never see that before, and also can work with any plate.by MARKYU - Developers
I just made this distance sensor which can be used on bed leveling and adjust first layer details:by MARKYU - Developers
This display works with marlin firmware run on pi(pandapi) and so it can display and control the gcode file in the octopi.by MARKYU - Developers
this board use esp32 + expander, support 8 motor drivers.by MARKYU - Developers
I buy this wireless socket from that, but I had not found with smoke detector to shut down the socket wirelessly. Thanks for your opinionby MARKYU - Safety & Best Practices
because there is no similar project or product, so I need some opinions here, want to know is it useful for someone...by MARKYU - Safety & Best Practices
Here’s a simple project that could help prevent your 3D printer (and home!) from going up in smoke should there be an unexpected fault. we worked with 3D printer ,and the fire happened to me several times, because of the hardware damage or the software bugs. so i never let the 3D printer go overnight before. There is no other system with this feature on the market or DIY project that can automaby MARKYU - Safety & Best Practices
for the safe, there is a tiny wireless optical somke detector which can cut off the power automatically ,by MARKYU - General
