As have worked in many food factorys and they used a pellet for glue which would be heated to a form a semi liquid glue, which would be use stick the boxes together. As you know the thickness of the glue that sets can be thick. Is there any plastics that can go to a state of syrupy constancy or if there was everyone would be using itby chris33 - General

Its unbelievable even looking at things like dtg printers laser cutters plotting alsorts I suppose big kid with a big mechano set lol, think someone should make a universal tooling headby chris33 - General
Silly question but could you convert a reprap machine to a laser siltering machine either powder or polymers? Instead off the head moving on the y axis have the bed in a adapted base as a container and the principle behind it, is the bed would move only obviously I though I woulf need another axis on the powder too skim over the stop on each layer and on the liquid a special adapted bed with hoby chris33 - General

Just a question what the smallest layer has anyone done, successfully achieved, im researching first before I build my machine, and trying too understand a few concepts. What attributes involved in layer thickness, as I pressume the finer the layer the better the print finish Cheersby chris33 - General
