One way to avoid bolts and nuts are to use the practice of "Mortise and Tenon Joints" from woodworking long time ago. But some glue might be needed in some situations. ABS might be better than PLA for clicks and insertions.

I am surprised to see things like this happening in SK too. but I heard that resin/SLA prints are pretty brittle. If this could be used on SLS, then I will want it so bad.
With the price of an ardunio kit dropping like moore's law states, I don't see the benefit of avoiding a digital board, though.
