This may sound stupid, but I have been trying to autotune my printer, but whenever I put in the numbers my software tells me to (Repetier host), into my firmware(Marlin firmware). It doesn't seem to have any effect whatsoever. My nozzle still does a sinusoidal temperature range of + or - 5 degrees from my desired temperature. Hello, I have the Marlin firmware installed on a printer I have constructed. I seem to be having a problem with sizing on this machine, it won't let me travel past 214 on the x axis or y axis no matter what I do. I've messed with every option in repetier host and pronterface to make a larger bed. It just limits my motors movements at 214. It also seems to be cutting the distances in half if thaby MaxThom - RAMPS Electronics

Thanks Dust, that probably is the issue. I can install Marlin firmware, but I was looking into the Sprinter firmware and couldn't compile that code, I kept getting a High was not declared in this scope at digitalWrite(chipSelectPin_, HIGH); which doesn't make any sense to me. Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but I have yet to see this problem before. I followed the wiki page on wiring the ramps 1.4 board. Installed the USB drivers, and all the electrical components except the heated bed. I can connect to the printer and successfully change temperatures for the hot end.
