i want to do the same thing, separate power line for motors, please tell us how did it go, did it worked?by [email protected] - RAMPS Electronics
nevermid, someone else did the same question here and was answered, , this is the best alternative i believeby [email protected] - RAMPS Electronics
if i altered the ramps so it woud not have the pins to power the drivers (vmot and gnd) and i use a separate power supply for those, would it work?by [email protected] - RAMPS Electronics
thank you very much for yur answer, you are very kind this week i will buy a cnc shield to start testing all electronics, probably posting more question in this forum im so happy teacup firmware supports cnc shield (makes reusing motors from old 2d printers a lot easier) and it fits in arduino uno (wich i already bought 3 of them)by [email protected] - General
hello all, newbie here, which pin is AIO2 in arduino uno? in teacup firmware - board.cnc-shield-v3.h i see this line: DEFINE_HEATER(extruder, AIO2, 0, 1) but in arduino uno pinout i cant find that, neither in arduino mega background: im building a restrap, using motors from old printers that work on 36v, teacup firmware has support for cnc shield it seams, and it fits in arduino unoby [email protected] - General
can you show us the printer at work?by [email protected] - Smart_Rap
* Remove the diode D1 *by [email protected] - RepRap Usergroup - Argentina
otra consulta, vi q desarrollaste una electronica p arduino nano, q tan dificil seria usarla a 42 volts con los divers DRV8825 q soportan hasta 45 volts ?by [email protected] - RepRap Usergroup - Argentina
creo q estoy haciendo la pregunta equivocada, veo q hay otra tarjeta q maneja mas voltaje, la sanguinololu, a 30 volt, quizas deberia invertigarla, gracias por tu ayuda!by [email protected] - RepRap Usergroup - Argentina
ok te hago otra pregunta, q tan dificil es hacer q la ramps maneje 36 volts o 42?by [email protected] - RepRap Usergroup - Argentina
Thank you very much for your answer, i guess i need to find a ramps for 36 volts and use only motors rayed for that voltage, is there any resource on higher voltage ramps i can look into? For learning how to do itby [email protected] - RAMPS Electronics
hola a todos, si alguien pudo reutilizar los integrados q ya vienen en las impresoras epson y me cuenta como hizo se lo agradeceria mucho tengo los siguientes integrados lb1847, lb11847 y 2 * A3956 q juntos controlan un motor, tengo un par de A3958 (DMOS Full-Bridge PWM Motor Driver) pero no se si sirven, no se mucho de electronica desde ya muchas gracias! hi everyone, i have some motors from epson printers, acroding to the manual they are rated for 42, 36, 35 and 24 volts, can i use them with ramps and pololu drivers A4988 or DRV8825? is it safe? this are the motors: stylus 1200 em-288 em-295 (42v) stylus color 880 em-318 (42v) fx-1050 em-50 em-93 (36v) C43UX em-462 (36v) FX-2170by [email protected] - RAMPS Electronics
