I'm not sure but maybe its the slicer. Please tell me your custom start gcode. Had a similar issue and i was able to fix it by modifying the start gcode. Or maybe you have set the offset in your slicer.by Kutulu - Firmware - Marlin
QuoteLyrex 1. The extruder pressure is very high, i checked this today 2. Its a bowden so 1.9 mm for PLA or 2.9 mm for petg is not that high right? I print with this settings from the beginning 3. Yes the hotend cooling fan is directly wired to 12V and is doing his job... I changed the thermistor to be sure this is not the problem and testing another benchy right now.. I use 0.8mm retraction dby Kutulu - Printing
QuoteMrAlvin QuoteKutulu That looks interesting, with this board i can use tmc2130 drivers and an external sd card? Yes, with this add-on board it is almost plug-and-play to do both TMC2130 and external sd card (and LCD sd-card) at the same time. The TMC2130 needs the SPI signals (MISO, MOSI, SCK) and they are available at one of the extra AUX-3 ports. The external sd card also needs the SPby Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
QuoteMrAlvin So, one of the guys at my local hackerspace (also) expressed a need for an easy fix for attaching additional things to the AUX-3 (SPI) port, and he wanted to solder as little as possible to his existing boards, and he would like to use only jumper wires. After some talk, I agreed to design a board that would meet his needs - and as it so happens, might also make things easier for youby Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
My sd card reader on the lcd works fine, i can print with it no problems. The lcd is just a little dark but i'll swap my arduino very soon.by Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
I´m not really getting it what i shall do now, just try to connect both of them but only put the sd card into one reader? I also want to add some TC2130 driver some day, as far as i know they also communicate through the spi port so how would that work out?by Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
okay so if i got that right i could plug the sd card reader to another AUX port and change the pins_ramps.h or i solder the connectors to the old sd card reader and change the SDSS (dont know what that is) lineby Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
Could i just solder some connectors ontop of the lcd adapter at aux-3?by Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
so i should just replace the arduino and thats it?by Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
Hello everyone, I´ve tried to connect my bltouch but i had the connector wired wrong so i created a short on the AUX-1 port. Now the lcd doesnt work anymore but the fans still work. The display only works when i plug in the usb cable to my computer. How can i fix this problem or what do i have to replace?by Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
Hello everyone, ive bought an external sd card connector for my ramps 1.4 board but i dont know where to connect it to. Can someone help me with this please?by Kutulu - RAMPS Electronics
Now the seller actually told me that the mks sbase doesnt actually support the 2004 lcd but instead only the full graphic lcd..by Kutulu - Controllers
Hello everyone, Im using the MKS SBASE V1.3 with a Reprapdiscount smart controller lcd and a tft 32. The tft works great but the reprap just has a blue screen. Yes i already have swapped the connectors by 180 degrees clockwise. The lcd works perfect on my GT2560 board.by Kutulu - Controllers
I dont think that the y axis rods are actually bent. I'll check on the y and z axis angulation but i highly doubt that thats the problem. Ive ordered an mks sbase board and ill use smoothieware, maybe this will fix it.by Kutulu - Printing
Tried it but its still too high on one sideby Kutulu - Printing
Start G-Code: G28 ;Home G29 ;autolevel G1 Z15.0 F6000 ;Move the platform down 15mm ;Prime the extruder G92 E0 G1 F200 E3 G92 E0by Kutulu - Printing
Maybe i should try a different bed leveling method?by Kutulu - Printing
Okay first of all i set the z offset by homing and then moving the nozzle to where the sensor was. After that i just run a gcode file that ive created in cura, i use the regular setting but ive added a G29 after the G28 command.by Kutulu - Printing
The issue isnt the nozzle being too far from the bed its rather the autolevel not compensating enough for the bed tilt and therefore i end up with one side too thin and one side too thickby Kutulu - Printing
if i do that, it starts too far away from the bed (although i´ve changed the offset) but i think the issue lies somewhere else but i dont know whereby Kutulu - Printing
which "improvements" have you done? if you change the retraction settings now or disable retraction completely, does it work better? same issues with a different model?by Kutulu - Printing
Software: Marlin 1.1.8 bugfix Slicer: Cura 3.3.1 Sensor: capacitive Printer: Hypercube Evolution Autolevel method: bilinear 4 point Hello everyone, 1st problem: Although my Z offset is correct, the printer is too close to the printbed but only on the back of the printbed, prints fine on the front of the printbed. The Z motor moves while printing but seems like its not enough to compensate for tby Kutulu - Printing
Okay i think this is it, the probe works if i completely disable endstoppullups in marlin but then my other sensors dont work right and if i enable endstoppullups the probe doesnt work anymore even if its not the endstoppullup for z_min. So now ive enabled endstoppullups for x_min and y_min and attached a 50kohm pulldown resistor and it works fineby Kutulu - CoreXY Machines
i´ve enabled pullup resistor on z min and z probe, switches are on ground. Still doesnt work.by Kutulu - CoreXY Machines
I think its in a floating state because sometimes i got a triggered endstop but very very rarely. When i measure the voltage between the signal and ground it shows 3.02V and 4.86V when not triggered. Why doesnt it drop to 0V like my normal endstop?by Kutulu - CoreXY Machines
Its NPN and im using a bowden system.by Kutulu - CoreXY Machines
thanks o__lampe after i pressed on the potentiometer with my finger or the multimeter, it suddenly worked but only for a small amount of time, ive swapped the motor driver with the one from the extruder and at least the axis is working flawlessly, i wanted to get some tc2130 drivers anyway. But after I installed the firmware again, my z probe (capacitive) isnt working, ive had this problem for aby Kutulu - CoreXY Machines
ive installed the bugfix version now and in the beginnig it worked fine but now its again only one motor thats working but it worked fine with repetier firmware but im not fimiliar with repetier firmware thats why i would like to continue to use marlin.by Kutulu - CoreXY Machines
Ive used the old components from my prusa i3 pro b and it came with a 12v power supplyby Kutulu - CoreXY Machines
