Hi Viktor, ja ich kenne viele, die kaum english können. Zumal das hier ja hauptsächlich technischens english ist. Ich muß die ganzen treads auch 3x lesen bis ich die verstanden hab. Und es gibt ja wohl einen deutschen Zweig innerhalb der Reprap-Seite. Nur steht da so gut wie nichts drinn. Ein ganz teil in meinem alter haben in der schule das letzte mal english gehabt. sorry brain, but i think your much to hot. the termistors dont show the right temperatur, do not trust him ! you must look at the color and the surface of the ABS, it must be a little bit glossy and wite. if it is a little dark and tough, you are to hot. more hot is not more Liquid ! to hot and the ABS get harder and smell try it 10-20 degrees lower and push it with your hand. you will feevon Stoffel15 - Mechanics
Hi, in the first times i had olways trouble with my Heaternozzle....i change some. The brass i drill only with 3mm, and the isolator i drill with 2.8 there must no space between the brass-end and the 2.8 hole. the melt Material try to go into such a space, and after it is cold it never work again. round the isolator i put a hose clamp.... after that i have never trouble again. understand ?von Stoffel15 - Mechanics
Hi, der macht neben dem Objekt einen kleinen Winkel, den er gleichzeitig mit dem Objekt aufbaut. nach jeder Schicht fährt er zum Nullpunkt und beim zurückkommen streift er was an der Düse raus gekommen ist an diesem Winkel ab. Hallo Reiner, ABS wird bei etwa 240° gedruckt, und PLA bei etwa 180° Klar, in PLA kannst du kein heißes Wasser füllen... und es fängt bei ca 50-60° weich zu werden. Alles hat seine Vor- und Nachteile. Aber wenn man erst mal die ersten größeren Teile gedruckt hat, und das ABS anfängt sich zu verbiegen... dann weist du worum es geht. Dann kümmert euch doch gleich auch um PLA... das muß sich besser drucken lassen wie ABS, weil das durch die niedrigere Temperatur auch ein geringeres Schrumpfmaß hat. Hallo Tigerchen, Das mit dem Material ist so ne Sache, wenn man sich so die ganzen Blogs ansieht kristallisiert sich eigentlich schnell heraus, das man nur ABS oder PLA zum extruieren nehmen sollte. Wer da gute Tests gemacht hat ist der Nophead (Hydraraptor) Hydraraptors Blog Grad als Anfänger würde ich Material nehmen, bei dem schon Werte und Verhalten bekannt sind. Wenn der Motor zu viel nehmen würde, dann müßten die Treiberbausteine heiß werden wenn du versuchst den mit der schaltung laufen zu lassen... ich vermute irgendwo stimmt was nicht mit der PWM-Leitung. entweder in der Firmware, oder bei der Verkabelung. Oder er wird mit der Geschwindigkeit überfordert ? Das kann natürlich auch sein. Obwohl ich nicht weis wie sich die DC-Motoren da verhalten... meivon Stoffel15 - Altes Forum
hier hast du mal ein Bild von meinem Machwerk.... nicht schön, aber es funktioniert. zumindest für kleine Teile. und den ersten Extruder hab ich auch mal Fotografiert, das Heizteil was da noch unten drann gehörte, hab ich in dem Neuen extruder drinn. Hi Koly, also in der Hostsoftware müßte der extruder laufen, wenn du unter extruder auf den Extrude Botton drückst, egal ob temperatur erreicht ist oder nicht. Versuchs doch einfach mal mit einer älteren firmware... ich hab da beim ausprobieren, bis ich die passende gefunden hatte, gesehen das da irgendwo ne einstellung war ob stepper oder nicht. aber ich kann dir nicht ,mehr sagen in welcher dvon Stoffel15 - Altes Forum
Hallo... nach etlichen Versuchen bin ich zu dem Ergebniss gekommen, das der Reprap Host das unter Windows anscheint nicht kann oder ich bin zu blöd dazu. Wie das unter Linux ist kann ich nicht sagen. Also hab ich mich mit Skeinforge auseinander gesetzt... HUT AB. Echt klasse das Programm. Wenn man sich da einmal durchgebissen hat...aber die Grundeinstellungen helfen schon weiter. Hi Sebastian, also ich hab, als ich angefangen hab damit, mir das Komplettset von Makerbot bei Watterott geholt, das war für mich am einfachsten. Ich hab auch keine Stecker entfernt, sondern alles so gelassen und ein PC-Netzteil benutzt. Und die Verkabelung über Netzwerkkabel gemacht. Beim Extruder muß man dann nur noch 2 zusätzliche Kabel anschließen damit er mit dem Stepper klar kommt. Dannvon Stoffel15 - Altes Forum
