Hallo seefew, Ich habe gelesen, das Simplify3D das kann, ich weiß es aber leider noch nicht aus erfahrung. So wie ich gelsen habe, ist es dann so, das du zb 40 % infill einstellst und dann angiebst, das der in bestimmten bereichen ausgedünnt (übersprungen) wird. Hallo Gerhard, Vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Ist es denn möglich bei S3D den Nullpunkt in die Mitte zu setzen, wenn man möchte, oder ist das nicht möglich ? Wie verhällt es sich bei den Z-Endstops, muss man da noch was umsellen oder ist es dem Slicer egal ob die oben oder unten sind ? Kann man den Start und End.gcode von Nophead in S3D hinzufügen ? Oder muss man das nach dem Sclicen von handvon ManuelGentoo - Software

Hi Leute, Ich intressiere mich auch für S3D ich werde mir aber bald einen Mendel90 zulegen. Hat jemand erfahrungen ob der Slicer damit zurechtkommt. Nophead hat ja schon einiges verändert. Am besten wäre es wenn jemand ein Profil dafür hochladen könnte, falls es bei ihm mit dem Mendel90 läuft. Der Support schweigt bisher... Vielen Dank! Manuelvon ManuelGentoo - Software

Hello all and especially nophead, As I prepare to buy my Mendel90 I looked around the web to find stuff to print and help me assable this nice pice of hardware. However i also find some "imporvements" for the Mendel90 and i wonderd: 1. Are they really improvements or just additions? 2. Are they needed for better prints and just not thought of yet by nophead ? 3. If 1. and 2. are true will theyvon ManuelGentoo - Mendel90

Good morning Neil, Thanks for your reply! Did you observe better print outs with newer marlin versions ? As comercial 3d printer supplier advertise with better print quality with the next fireware etc. Does this "fine tuning" of settings who are internaly handled also occour in a noticeable fashion with the free marlin ? I would like your opinon about this (did you ever expirience better printvon ManuelGentoo - Mendel90

Hi Neil, How easy is it to set up your firmware on the melzi ? Do I need to make a lot of changes in the code by hand (like you described in an earlier thread?) Also i belive, your code is running fine, when there is no Panelolu2 or other display attached right ? Does the newer Marlin provide better print results ? Hi juanej, Im also geting into the 3d printing field but i dont own my mendel 90 yet. However from what i read a PSU like the ALPINE500 (recommended by nophead) would be sufficent just google its specs and see if you can find something similar in the US. I dont know about other parts but i will get my PLA from the source nophead seems to get his (http://www.faberdashery.co.uk/) as the most repovon ManuelGentoo - Mendel90
