My printer is sooo happy... Hotend arrived last Friday. My printer (MendelMax) was just waiting for this shipping. So I installed the hotend which fits into a Wade Extruder. It fits but it is very tight also because of the attached fan. However this is not a problem at all and I was able to install it. The hotend is very nice piece of engineering work. Thanks vegasloki, this was the information I was looking for. I am aware of local taxes but since the exchange rate from Dollar to Euro is quite interesting these days, it is cheaper. Also we do have 19% tax in Germany which is quite higher. In addition if I buy online in an US store the shipment is quite often more than the costs for the parts. Dear all, I will travel to San Francisco next week and wondering if someone can point me to a place where I can buy electronic and/or mechanical parts maybe even filament. jsturm hat natürlich recht. Ich hab mich vertan, ich meinte Wade kompatibel. Sorry. Und klar der Aufbau ist auch anders, aber soweit ich das sehen (und lesen) kann momentan sicherlich eines der durchdachtesten HotEnds. Hi Michy, schliesse mich der Suche an. Hast Du schon eine Idee wo Du das HotEnd kaufen willst (Hoffe mal nicht die eb*y clone)? Die Teile von Wolfgang sind wohl sehr sehr gut (J-Head kompatibel Wade kompatibel und mit aktiver Kühlung). Jedoch ist der Shop seit Tagen irgendwie leergekauft und täglich schauen ob wieder was auf Lager ist, ist mir zu umständlich. Also muss eine andere Bezugsquelle hvon Max3d - Extruder, Hotends & verschiedene Materialien
