This can also be caused by backlash on the z axis ... make sure the springs on the carriage nuts move freely and liberally oiled

Make sure you oil the Z rods liberally the problem is often in the anti backlash system ... (nuts and springs ) in the Z axis carriages

Infill gaps are an E steps per mm issue
You can adjust before each print using "M92 Ee" increase the number will bring the fill in more compact.
then set it in firmware once happy
You've got some Z wobble too..... make sure the Z axis runs smoothly and the anti backlash system isn't compressing when it moves .... a good dose of oil after calibration should help.

Oooh err... Your parts seem to have a couple of problems not just an uneven fill layer.
The gap uneven fill is caused by a too low e-steps per mm ... (firmware setting) you can alter it by issuing a manual instruction before each print M92 Ee where e is the e steps per mm to use I find I need it set to about 1020 on my machine and filament but you need to trial it with yours. I have to be honest ... I've never had a problem if you ruse a solid modelling programme rather than a surfacing one ..... eg Rhino makes 3d surfaces (always hollow) Solidworks makes solids ...... I know this sounds self explanatory .... and I have the luxury of having access to a seriously expensive bit of CAD software .....
