i'm not that knowledgeable in electronics
Hi,
There are a few threads in this forum about using 24V with a RAMPS 1.4, but basically the RAMPS was designed for 12V operation, 24V operation is considered experimental and unsupported. IMO it also has practically zero benefits for

hi all,
i just assembled a new reprap. parts coming from my previous build except for a new hotend.
whenever i print, first few layers comes out a-ok. after a that, filament isnt as continous as it was. there are breaks in the prints.
google for the trouble and came across this
my question is: what is the solution to a gummed hot end?
thanks in advance.

you just need another axis and you got yourself a 3d printer. looks like a small build area though.

hi,
i bought this an azteeg based design from a ebay(china based vendor) to give it a try. i learned that its processor is an at mega 644p. i got a problem flashing the firmware and also learned that it is a common issue with the processor.
question is: can i change that to a mega2560 without further changes?
thanks in advance

your temperature setting is at 0?
why are you using an old version? there's no upgrade fee for slic3r.
