I'm using an E3D v5 extruder on a ROBO printer. Tom at Taulman3D suggested 238C. I'll give that a try when this torrential rainfall lets up a little.

OK. I had a .4mm nozzle and it kept clogging so I went to the .8mm. I've been having a lot of problems with clogging no matter what filament I've been using.

Printing
So here is my problem; I'm trying to get a decent print using T-Glase. First off, I want to say that I think I have more of a printer problem than a T-glase problem. I have a nozzle that has been precision drilled to .8mm, I have the extruder temperature set at 225C, bed temperature at 85C and I used a litte hair spray for adhesion as was having issues with the print sticking to the bed. So here's the issue; I did a print and everything went great. I go to do another and I set the temperature for 235c for the exturder and the heated bed at 105c, just like the previous print. I have the freezing problem as well. The print is going well and for no reason, it freezes. The extruder head stays hot, the bed stays warm but the motors stop in place. I have to Ctrl, Alt, Del and end task in the control panel to exit the program. The print is shot.

I am having the pause issue as well. I'm running Windows 7 and Repetier .90c. I've set the laptop computer NOT to enter sleep mode while it is plugged in but if the mouse is idle for a bit (varies from time to time), the print will pause until the mouse is moves. Fine for quick prints but a bit of a pain for prints taking a couple of hours.
