Hey,
Im using a makemendel rapidbot 3d printer and i am having issues with connectin the printer to my pc.
Sometimes it just works perfectly fine, i start proterface and just connect and i can print for hours.
But other times it just doesn't connect at all:
Error message:

Hey Forum,
Im trying to set up a custom button to control the speed of feeding the material in pronterface.
By f.e. M221 S120 i can overrride the extrude factor to 120%.
Is there a way to use a variable instead of S120, so that i can type in the factor and then hit the button or something alike.
Otherwise i need a button for every percent
Thanks,

Hey Dust,
Thanks for your help.
The pin declaration im using (and was working for 2 years) is following:
#define HEATER_0_PIN 13
#define HEATER_1_PIN -1
#define HEATER_2_PIN -1
#define TEMP_0_PIN 6
#define TEMP_1_PIN -1
#define TEMP_2_PIN -1
#define HEATER_BED_PIN 4
#define TEMP_BED_PIN 10
if i read the schematics right it makes n

Hey guys thanks for your help,
i tried changing the pn number in the marlin declarations.
Im trying to change the (broken) T-EXT termistor pin to one of the Pins on the EXT2-socket. First of all is it possible to just use 2 pins of the 12 pin EXT 2 or do i need to find another open socket.
Second i dont know how to read the schematics. Now in marlin pins.h the pin 6 is declared for the TEMP_0_

Hey guys,
Thanks for the help.
Im currently not able to run the PID autotune, because i fried my hotend thermistor. After fixing that i'll update you on how that went.
For the wiring problem. Unfortunately this always happens at the exact same Temperature for the exact same amount of degrees. I tripple checked the wiring already, but with constant resistance of somewhere about 98kOhm i think

Hey Dust,
Thanks for your reply.
Thats what i thought it would be! That sucks!
I already changed my REV D board about 3 months ago, because i had an issue with the usb connector pin.
So i'll try to change to another pin after christmas.
Im not really a pro in code, but i'll let you know how it went.
Thanks for the support,

Hey Forum,
Im printing with my makemendel rapidbot 2.0 now for quite some time. And recently it starts giving me some troubles.
I had a broken connection on the hotend. And now that i fixed that the Thermistor on hte hotend is giving me a 0° reading.
I use the same thermistor for bed and hotend. The thermistor on the bed is working fine, giving me a read of about 23°. Once i plug it in the Hot

Hi forum,
I have a problem with my makemendel rapidbot 2.0, hopfuly someone can help me solve it!
Im using it since some years already. but now that i canged to another filament i have problems keeping the hotendtemperature consistend.
At around 202°C the Temperature seems to jump up and down some degrees!
here is the temperature graph at 202°C:
at the set Temperature the reading jumps up an

Hey justcourious,
Thanks for your quick response!
This are the EEPROM Settings:
I cant find a line where the E-Steps could be overwritten.
// EEPROM
// the microcontroller can store settings in the EEPROM, e.g. max velocity...
// M500 - stores paramters in EEPROM
// M501 - reads parameters from EEPROM (if you need reset them after you changed them temporarily).
// M502 - reverts to the defaul

Hi Forum,
I have a Problem calibrating my E-Steps on my makemendel Rapidbot 2.0.
when I extrude 20mm I'm nearly up to 24mm that are actually extruded.
I spend a whole night now to calibrate the arduino printrboard, but without any success!
this is the line of the standard calibration i received from makemendel.
