Heated Bed PCB Heatbed MK1 not reaching 80 degrees - 10 years ago

Hi, Printer: Prusa i3 XL Ramps board: Arduino 1.3, Marlin code attached Having difficulty reaching the target temperature for printing ABS. Target temp was originally 110 however this is unachievable, the new target is 85 degrees. The initial temperature rise is good however upon reaching ~82 degrees the temperature stabilises and takes 20 minutes to eventually reach 85, it sometimes doesnt r
