I personally connected My fans to the Part Duct fan. Decided that the only time needed the Controller cooled was when 3D printing, and the model Duct fans is running at 40 - 60% when 3D Printing. This solved my delima, this maybe a solution for yours as well. Another thought is a simple 0-12volt variable voltages regulator LM317, use this as a fan control circuit. When you turn on the 3D Printer what are the temperature readings, they should measure close to room the temperature. One quick way to test is to turn on the 3D Printer observe the temperatures then unplug one of the thermister's if the value remains the same you have a open thermister. On my 3D Printer I keep the house a little cool, therefore I had the change #define DUMMY_THERMISTOR_998_VALUby Roberts_Clif - General
Most LED power supplies have a 12 Volt adjustment potentiometer. As shown in the Image below. This should be adjusted to 12 volt. Higher voltages will allow ripple voltage under higher loads on the supply, this will in turn cause you nothing but greef. Making you chase noise spikes causing many 3D Printer ghosts effects, the noise spikes on the controller voltage will cause you a most unpleasby Roberts_Clif - General
A 12 volt LED power supply should never under any situation reach 17 volts across the fan. I would also measure voltage on the power to the controller when the fan voltage is 17 volts, if this voltage is 17 volts you are risking burning up the controller.by Roberts_Clif - General

The Z motor moves while printing but seems like its not enough to compensate for the bed tilt. 2nd problem: The distance between each layer is too big and therefore the next layer is always a little bit too thin and doeby Roberts_Clif - Printing
It appears you have 200 X200 X200mm Print area. You are using Software end-stops. I have never used software end-stops will have to research before I can help you. Hello I had a problem like this it turn out that I had set the filament size in the slicer to 3mm, causing the under-extrusion. Corrected my mistake and the filament was flowing correctly for the prints. I however did get a swiss cheese print shown below. (Should be solid)by Roberts_Clif - Slic3r
