... das sind typisch die PID-Parameter - wenn du die "aggressiv" einstellst, dann heizt das bis über den eingestellten Endwert hinaus und "pendelt" dann runter und drumherum ... wenn zu "vorsichtig", dann nähert sich die Kurve in Art einer Asymptote dem Endwert, was dann natürlich viel länger dauert.
Wie du das jetzt genau bei deinem System einstellst, kann ich dir nicht sagen ... sollte aber in

... maybe interesting too - I've modified my galvo-fiberlaser for some "micro" engraving/cutting with a telecentric f-theta-optic which has a 6x6mm scanning range (the "normal" one has 110x110mm).
Here a first test with a christmas design -- the separation would be a hassle, so will make the next test wit "deep-engraving" by "atomizing" all the areas to remove:

Hallo in die eckige Runde
... für eins meiner aktuellen Projekte ("Guinnes Buch der Rekorde" - Rekordversuch zum "kleinsten maschinell hergestellten Schachbrett der Welt") habe ich mir für meinen 30W-MOPA-Faserlaser eine "Mikro-Optik" besorgt.
Die "normale" Optik macht einen Galvo-Scanbereich von 110x110mm mit 173mm Fokusabstand (bzw. Planfeld) und einem Spot von knapp 40µm.

Und das Bild mit der Fluoreszenz -- hab's jetzt mit weniger Leistung gemacht, also eher kleinere Nanopartikel, bei der Fluoreszenz also etwas in Richtung "Blau" verschoben (für Auge sieht etwas "grünlicher" aus):

OK - Silizium-"Quantenpunkte" fluoreszieren etwas mehr im "blaugrünen" Bereich - also weg von Rot, mehr hin zu Blau verschoben - sollten sich die Farb-Verteilungen nach den Schichten mit der Ultrazentrifuge genauso zeigen, wie ich das erwarte, dürfte das schöne "Regenbogen" Effekte durch die Fraktionen zeigen
