Firmware - Marlin
>Copy-pasting the GCODE into the file for about a thousand times isn't a solution I guess?
No
Can I add a M command that can rewind the program in the SD card and run it?
functions I may use
card.startFileprint();
card.openAndPrintFile(card.filename);
Any idea about how to implement this?

Any ideas are welcome.

You can use this mach3 add-on to open and slice the stl file inside mach3 with slic3r

Gnexlab Extruder Controller
This extruder controller card is a temperature monitoring and PID temperature controller for 3D printers. If you have a desktop CNC machine you can easily convert your CNC to a 3D printer with this controller card. You can also handle your temperature related tasks of your 3D printer with this card without the need of a computer.

Shivraj,
All your questions will be answered in a few days. I have finalized the second version of the gnexlab controller card. Set up your extruder and the 4th axis. The solution is coming for mach3 users. You will directly print from mach3 !!!. You will just load the STL file of your model into mach3 with my Add-on. It will use skeinforge to slice the model and the produced G-code will be auto

Thanks for the reply. I test it but the motor turns very slowly in reverse direction. Is it possible to speed it up

Hi,
Is there any settings in skeinforge in order to prevent Oozebane with reversing the motor.
I have a stepper motor driven extruder. I know nophead did this before. I also want to try it for my printer.
can any body help?

I saw lots of people trying to use ReplicatorG with E codes and steppers. But there is no solution from the ReplicatorG side nor Makerbot side.
I have a feeling that these solutions going to a more commercial side. I request from the programmers of the ReplicatorG to add this functionality as soon as possible so that this software can be used with more machines.

I know that you are using a worm gear stepper motor and reverse it in order to prevent ooze. I also know that your cnc did not use g-code. Does it work well? I mean reversing the motor in order to stop extruder immediately. Second question, Is it possible to do that with skeinforge or do I need to write my own script.

Hi,
Up to now I use my own electronics and mach3 cnc software for my 3d printer. Everything is nice. I want to try a dc geared extruder motor instead of my stepper. My question is;
Is it possible to use dc motor without encoder? If so how is the performance? What is the generic usage with an encoder or without an encoder?

Nophead you are the best!!
I just solder a wire from the heater transistor ground to the main ground Above is the result.
Viktor I will try a smaller cap thanks.

Here is the result I use 1 k resistor and 25uf cap. It is still noisy while the PWM is active. As you see when it is not active there is a smooth reading. PID is also working on arduino
Do I need bigger cap?

Hi,
I design a new extruder control PCB. It has AD595A thermocouple ic and a tip122 transistor for driving the heather with PWM.
It works but I saw that when the PWM starts there became a lot of noise with my temperature readings. If it does not active my readings are fine.
Is there a way to solve this issue?
