I have the same problem than you. Even I have the same video card. I've made the same steps you did.
And have no idea how to solve it.

I'm totally stuck.
I've followed all the steps in the support tab at the repetier website, deleted all the registry keys, made a fresh install, even changed the name of the install file (as all the 095.xx versions had the same file name)...
Every time I try to run the program I get a black screen where the 3d view should be and if I right click there the program stops working.
Again, my configura

I'm trying to install the new version but as windows applied a compatibility configuration, I'm unable to see the 3D displaying as I don't know how to override the compatibility settings. I've googled this and I found how to disable the service, but haven't found how to override those particular settings for the Repetier Host.
I'm messing around how to make this work.
Help please!!
Thanks

I'm running on a Dell Vostro 1510 laptop, Win 7 x64, Intel Graphics Accelerator.
The only message is "Repetier Host stopped working"

I've downloaded and installed Repetier Host 095E.
When executed for the first time it crashed and so the next three times, after that windows applied a new compatibility configuration (?) now I'm able to run Repetier but with no 3D view. I've looked in the preferences but all seems to be OK.
Uninstalled all and made a new fresh install with the same result: the configuration windows made doesn't

Al intentar configurar un LCD SMART CONTROLLER de RepRap Discount recibo el siguiente error al compilar en Arduino:
ultralcd.cpp:29: error: initializer-string for array of chars is too long
... y no se por donde seguir.
Otra cuestión: ¿cómo se le dice a Marlin que no deposite tanto material al extruir?
gracias muchas

Well, I have a RAMPS 1.4 it's supposed to admit five drivers (X, Y, Z, E0, E1), the firmware is Marlin; my problem, in this case, is that I don't know how to activate the fifth driver in the firmware to "copy" the Z axis (or whatever) to the E1 driver. I promise to check on that when I get some time.
I own a CNC router with NEMA 23 motors, 1A rated, 150 N/cm and I can't move any axis when motors

Hi uncle_bob
If I disconnect the M8 threaded rods both motors moves perfect. Z is the only axes I'm having problems. Both motors are tested and checked twice this afternoon with a tester and with a LED (regardless of two more times two days before)
I updated Marlin with all the data from my machine, changed the Imax for that axis from 1.5 A to 2.1 A. Even lowered the DEFAULT_MAX_FEEDRATE from {50

Hello jbernardis
Yes, if I disconnect the couplers the carriage moves easily and the threaded rods also moves smoothly.
Furthermore, I applied vaseline to the threaded rods to ensure easy moving.
Thanks

Hi all.
I'm new to 3d printing and I'm building a Prusa Mendel.
I've all the structure built, all the electronics tested and working.
My problem is the Z axis won't move if connected to the threaded rods just vibrate and make noise, but if I disconnect from the threaded rods they work smoothly
Rechecked the structure measurements, Z motors connections, the motors coils and all is OK
Even tried to
