I have found the problem! My axis and all my settings was mirrored. After changing does settings works fine.
Now i have problem whith offsets and automatic bed leveling.
I just fun building a printer.
Thanks for the response.

Hello Guys!
I have the same problem like the others, I have set up my printer, Z direction (if I move it manually) it OK when I increase the Z numbers it goes up, when I decrease the Z height number lowers.
The problem is when I try to home Z axis, my printer Z ax is going towards Z_Max direction.
An important thing to mention, my Z end stop is an inductive sensor, and I have enabled

Hello I have a little problem while retracting. When every layer is printed my printer puts some points of plastic. I think that the points are randomly placed. Is there any retraction setting to get rid of those nasty points?
Thaks in advice !

Hello!
I have also problems with mirrored prints, until now I didn't observed because I was printing calibration parts and there was symmetrical objects, but my first print went well but is in mirror. My X, Y axis are mirrored. I have tested my X axis(motor) is the extruder moving motor, and Y axis is the bed moving motor. Am I correct?
The motors are homed in back left corner of the bed. I thin

I have selected 8k becouse firt stime the leadscrew calculator calculated me 4k stp/mm but after I have mesured it was only the half of the distance that I wanted.
I have played a little bit with my feedrate, but ain't no good response, I have lowered to 60 but it is the same problem.
From this video it can bee seen that normally the Z is going slow but when starts to rise or move( after I set

Hello today I have managed to capture the problem, it seems that the problem comes when I try to print in the first faze the alignment part. the movie starts when I hit "Start Printing" button and this is what happening at my printer. The problem is when Z axis is homed after that Z axis tries to rise 5 mm but only one motor is rotating.
**I have made more tries and once the left hand motor is s

Hello,
I have endstop at Z min, after the picture shown below.
What do you mean by Z length, I need to tell to the printer that Z axis goes from 0 - 150 mm . That is done? Should I make other changes ?
Thank You! Sorry if I misunderstood you, and talking about something else.

I have started changing parts, in idea of faulty part. I have changed the Z axis motor driver, I had green stepstick now I have pololulu stepstick(purple). After I have changed the stepstick I had to calibrate the Z axis from Firmware settings, I have calculated with leadscrew calculator and gave me 4000, but after measuring it was needed to adjust and the final value is 8000. After this i had

Hello !!!
I have calibrated the bead level by thickness of paper. When I start to print a test cube my nozzle stays in air.
When I click start printing, all axis are homed, when Z axis is homed and is in "0" the next step (I don't know for what is) my z axis motor buzz and make noize but not rotating. After this Z is rised 5 mm and lowerd for the first layer hight.(here my nozzle stays in air)

Hello I am again. I have a noter problem also, and you might give me a good idea where to search the problem. I calibrate the bead level by thickness of paper. When I start to print a test cube my nozzle stays in air. I have changed my Z ax home sensor. Until now it was a simple end stop. Recently I have changed it to an opto end-stop, in idea of malfunctioning end-stop switch, but now is the sam

You are the best ! I have lowerd homing feedrate / z axis and works fine !!!!! " #define HOMING_FEEDRATE {50*60, 50*60, 2*60, 0} // set the homing speeds (mm/min) "
Thank You!!

Hello I have also a problem with my Prusa I3 Reworked edition printer. Recently I have changed the stepper driver for Z axis( i had the Chineze green one, and now I have changed it to pololulu purple). From the start I had to calibrate all over the axis, The initial value was 4000 (leader-screw calculator value) and after testing and measuring I have determined that 8000 is the good value form me

The potentiometer from the stepstick is multi turns ? Mine turns several times before it stops turning. After my visual recognition it is simple potentiometer.

Thank You! I have made it !
I had to change the z end-stop logic . Now its running. Tomorrow I hope to make a print and test the performance.
May I have a another question? If yes my x,e motors are overheating and I had to mount an extra fan to keep the motors cooled.
Q: What I should I reduce and from where ?
Thank again!! Good printings

Hello
I have also a little problem whit the 3d printer( i thing the firmware is not configure good). recently I have built an opto SW for Z axis. I have upgradet the mechanical SW to opto SW. I Didn't changed anything in the firmware.
The prob is that I cannot home Z axis.
I used the schematic from below.
I tried to solve the prob by changing the z axis end-stop logic, by changing from true to

Hello,
I have built recently a prusa i3 rework edition and I have a little problem. x axis motor, and extruder motor is reaching high temperatures. i mage to print out extruder small gear, but I am afraid off overheating the motors. I have cheeked the kables. i had bipolar nema 17 motors, i took them out from old copy machines. I have adjusted the step stick potenciometer, helped but not as mu

Hello I am back ! But still with bad luck, my attack plan was:
1.stopwatch the time off 100 mm extrusion (25 sec)
2. reduce the feed rate(reduced to 1(this made significant change)), after that stopwatch the extrusion of 100 mm (50 s)
3. Measure the temp :I have measured the temp of the hot and at 100 C and it was approx 100(it was 98 - 99 degree C)
4. After this I decided to make a different kin

While I am guessing what is right and not I want to buy one set of extruder nozzle drought and body from eBay.
What is the importance of the distance of the extruder pipe screw? I have found these options(26, 30, 40, 50)
Thanks!

Hello I am back, the problem is not solved, I have tried to reduce the extruder DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT but only now I have realized that I can change the feedrate.
I have made some pics also I will post them if any other idea.

Hello, I just finished my i3 to ansembly and my biggest problem is that the PLA 1.75 filament sticks to the extruder body screw or something like this just jamms into the extruder. If I cleat out the extruder then if i feed manually the pla is ok after a while(2-5min) stucks in and doesent goes out.
My fist question what setting are for PLA 1.75 BLAK for marlin softweare(if we need to chnage from
