Estimados, cual es la funcion del resorte/muelle que va antes de la tuerca superior en el eje z?, el que digo es el que va dentro del soporte del eje x, por donde pasa la roscada del z. para que se entienda lo que digo otra mas Ademas, la tuerca inferior deberia quedar bien justa en el soporte o deberia tener un poco de juego?, en mi caso queda un poco suelta, pero con algunas vueltas de cintaby nic0laz - RepRap en Español

Un punto importante, recuerden que el WD40 (o sus clones) NO lubrican. Es para limpiar, no para lubricar. Si bien despues de aplicarlo queda una capa aceitosa, en poco tiempo se va. Entonces, hay que limpiar bien todo con wd40, trapo y paciencia y despues lubricar con aceite o grasa.by nic0laz - RepRap en Español

Hi guys. Living in Argentina makes hard and expensive to source some parts for a printer. Now im dealing with the hobbed bolt. Iv seen that i can build one with a dremel, but i have a friend who owns a machine shop, so i can have access to a cnc lathe and stuff like that. We where talking about making a clone of the hyena hobbed bolt, but we are having some trouble with the grooves. How manyby nic0laz - General

Saca tambien los soportes inferiores de las varillas roscadas. La idea es sacar todas las restricciones posibles del eje z, para que el movimiento lateral de las varillas roscadas no se trasladen al eje xby nic0laz - RepRap en Español

Hola, alguien hizo a mano un hobbed bolt? Una amiga me puede preparar el "canal" central con un torno, pero no tiene como hacer los dientes. Se me habia ocurrido que, luego de hacer el canal central, hacer los dientes con el dremel y un disco de corte. Alguna recomendacion?by nic0laz - RepRap en Español

it was my fault. i wasn't careful when i removed the original pulleys. as i said, cannot afford new motors now, so, i will use them and see if they are broken, if so, i will get new ones in a month or 2. Living in Argentina is not easy for a tech geek.by nic0laz - General

Hi guys, im assembling my prusa mendel i2 and i noticed today that my steppers have the shaft a bit bent. The only one that is straight is the one for the extruder. For z i wont bolt down the stepper so they can move freely to compensate the wobble. For x and y i thing that the belt tension can compensate it. Im not going to buy new steppers now, i have to recover some money first Do you thby nic0laz - General

Hey, im from Argentina and im building a prusa mendel i2 for u$s500, including 1 abs spool (1kg). Ebay, this forum and time are your friends. Look for the same product from different shops so you can get a cheaper shipping rate, get the slowest shipping (much cheaper), Look around hardware stores to get offers and sales, etc etc etc. If i can do it for u$s500 living in Argentina (having to buyby nic0laz - General

cuando creas la cuenta despues tenes info para ver como se usa y eso. basicamente te instalas un cliente git en tu computadora y vas subiendo los cambios.by nic0laz - RepRap en Español

porque no te creas un repositorio git y vas sincronizando las versiones? De esa forma si haces un cambio que no funciono siempre podes volver atras.by nic0laz - RepRap en Español

Hi guys. Im working on a atx2 psu so i can use it to power a prusa mendel with a hotbed. Its a codegen 500w psu. i have soldered a 10ohms/10w resistor to the +5 rail. Doing that i have 11.84 v on the +12 rail. Is that ok or should i add another load to +5 to i can raise the +12v value? Also, this psu have sense wires for 3v and 5v. I soldered those sense wires to the correspondant +v but thby nic0laz - Controllers

Un carrete con el centro caliente puede ser. Ahora habria que ver el efecto del gradiente de temperatura entre el filamento que esta mas en el centro contra el que esta mas alejado. Habria que experimentarlo.by nic0laz - RepRap en Español
