I did not get any extra end stops. I have placed the X one on the right, and on the left. I have checked the config.h and the pins.h files against what is listed on the forums and the manual. It's the way the X axis homes in Repetier that is making me nuts.

I've done that problem comes in Repetier's home button on the X-axis. instead of bumping it off the end stops like Y, and Z it just sets the current position as home.

I can get it "working" by changing settings or pin plug-ins. But what I can not figure out is why when I hit Y or Z they home like they should but the X just marks where ever it is sitting as the new "home" location.

I've thrown in the towel for now. I wrote Folger Tech and I am awaiting what they say. I did try printing once and the extruder moved to the front left edge of the bed and I did not extrude anything though I did have filament "leaking" out of the tip. Maybe it's something simple but to frustrated to see it right now.
Gonna drink some beers play some video games and look at it tomorrow. Came a

So much closer!! Now I can move it left and right but my home button does not work!!. The Y and Z do the little bounce thing now and are working fine. My X end stop is on the left side opposite of the power supply.

I have no clue. I did not know there was a max just a min ones. I've also checked wires. Tried adjusting the stepper driver. Replaced stepper driver with a spare. If I flip the wires for the X-axis then it moves opposite. I followed the directions on flashing the firmware from the Folger tech guide could I have gone wrong there I wonder?

When I try to issue commands to my X axis I get:
13:12:02.440 : echo:endstops hit: X:0.04
Rechecking my wires. If I click home it moves a little left till it hits the endstop but I get nothing going right.

Found my mistake for the extruder temp warning missed a pin.
I think I have my bed level, and Z home set. My Y home pulls the bed inwards instead of outwards. My X axis though I have to tap the home button over and over to get it to the end stop on the left side. If I tell it to move 1 mm it may or may not. I think this may be a tuning problem with the stepper driver? Trying to understand tha

On to the cosmetics (which I hate) wrap the wires run them so they look good and out of the way. Then will recheck my Z-height, hook it up and start my calibrations.

My M3 screws are 25mm not 20 mm, is that a problem? Nevermind my bag has 31, 25mm bolts extra. Im actually missing all 7 of my M3 8mm bolts.
We have a store near by called Harbor freight they have a pre-filled collection of hardware/screws for $20 I found it a life save for M4 and M3 of diffrent lengths!

Am at the bending ramps board pins back and fixing solder. Some reason bent pins always make me mad. Ok have that done now I ended up using only two mounting points due to the fact that you use uninstalled metal screws straight onto the printed circuit board I have no washers here to safe guard it so two it is. Once I bent components out of the way I put the steppers on and the last one sits on t

My Z-axis bearings fall out! Thinking of pushing them up out of the way inside the holders and then running a little hot glue around the opening so they do not slide out. Any thoughts anyone?

I received a "professional ceramic alignment tool" AKA a non conductive screwdriver for adjusting my steppers. Is this not shipped with the kits normally to avoid shorting the steppers?

Well day three and couple headaches. I did not get enough socket head screw so I had used Philip head screws for the motor brackets now I can not tighten them. So tomorrow I will take some of the socket head screws out from the Y-axis rods and trade places with the mounts so I can get in and tighten them.
Also cracked the left Z-rod brace under the motor not bad and just in one spot but gu

Checked this morning the socket head screws are the only ones I got to fit the larger T-nuts. When I went to try the pan head ones I found I had not noticed the diameter of them.
Wow sorry about the size will figure how to make pictures smaller. Ok that's better at least it's not messing up the forums with 4 pages of scrolling.

Got my kit today (ordered on July 12th). Ran into problems first page says to use pan head screws but they fall through the brackets for the bed idler pulley brackets . I used the 8 mm socket head screws instead and pressed onward. I have the base built but out of time tonight.

Anyone have any thoughts about trying this he says he has some different metals he would like to try to make them out of but thinks aluminum would be best for heat distribution. I'm looking for unsliced g-codes for the parts these look like they are ready to print. Will try it with solid works and see if it will save it for mitsubishi, haas, mazak (?) formats. Unless I am looking at them wrong.

Does anyone have g-code files for the printer parts? I am hoping to have the future son in law mill them out of aluminum on his CNC machine at work. any thoughts on the idea of this?

Is there a list of tools to assembly this printer? I am gonna purchase this printer next week and would like to know what tools are needed so I can get them ready for when the printer arrives.
I remember needing metric allen wrenches, phillips screw drivers, calipers, wire cutters, 3mm drill bit, pliers.
Depends on what parts you are missing and how accurate of a b

Is anyone else having trouble with the build guide link? The delta style guide opens fine but the 2020 guide just keeps having me sign into google over and over. I was using the link from ebay. The one on the first page of this forum worked fine. It gave me buld guide Rev.
