These "metric" files are much easier to work with. Thanks goes to willworkforplastic for these I have pushed all the files up on github (https://github.com/willworkforplastic/Tantillus).

We bought a Ord Hadron and have been surprised by how well it really works. Purchased manly to make quick parts for testing, we have done some models on it. This is one test we did: We could do that test now with prob. 5 -10 x quality improvement on the printer, just from experience with it. Note: in the For Sale Forums a company in China is selling these at a decent price.......its work

You should be able to update Marlin without any trouble if its a standard Gen6 board. Also should be able to run Slic3r without major issues. Just research "Calibration".

3D Prints vs Lego's Several SpaceX 3D designs have been done with very high detail. My shock today was what "manboy" who did several of the designs posted. It was an advanced Lego set, more futuristic and toylike but I wondered since we have all kinds of 3D models out there; why we couldn't take on this project? # Anyone, group want to take it on?

Want to see the experiences with the Next Generation Arm boards. I like the 4pi 4PI is a beautiful 4 by 3.14 in (100x80mm) fully-SMD single-sided reprap controller board with 5 axes, an ARM processor from Atmel (SAM3U) and pretty good thermal design. Photos at ,source at and store at [0xfb.com] Any experience?

@prober: I am not sure, if it is a good idea to carry the x-stepper on the x-carrier. Better keep it light. good point, wonder why they did that? Do the large machines use this method? They claim this design comes from their experiences with the larger equipement.

Been having uploading compiled files issues and have tried many versions. Went to arduino-1.0 with Marlin 1.0 Rev2 (latest). Had the same "crystal" comeup forgot how i fixed that. But Arduino SW locks into the board fine and notes it on the bottom of the GUI so think I'm in the right direction. Just need to fix the 'digitalWrite' error so she will finish uploading.
