Hello guys, I changed the hotend of my felix printer, I´m using a E3D hotend v5. Im using this mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:159142) and this mod feeder that i made (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:343148) The problem is there is too much material when it extrudes. I used the formula for adjust the e step. I obtain the e steps was 158, but i still have problems with the extrusion, thby Mutante - Printing

Mudate al marlin que para mi y segun he podido leer es mucho mas estable. Hay muchos tipos de perfiles por el foro que puedes agarrar, yo tambien estoy en la busqueda de tunear adecuadamente mis prusas. Suerteby Mutante - RepRap en Español
Ese problema probablemente es por que los cables del thermistor se estan tocando, eso hace que el thermistor tenga una mala lectura (a mi me salian 300°C) y asi se apagaban las resistenciasby Mutante - RepRap en Español
Yo te diria que incluso puede ser el filamento, una buena temporada tuve problemas extruyendo abs y era por lo corrupto del material. Si puedes probarlo en otro extrusor para sacarte de dudas seria lo mejor. Si puedes especificar que hotend tienes ayudaria mucho a dar con la respuesta a tu problema.by Mutante - RepRap en Español
