Well, i am not allowed to disclose the usage of this device, i can say that it is actually a cnc in a (big) shoebox volume to work on a 10cmx10cm workzone, the head have to be able to move in a z plane, this head carries a prob that reports data about electrical current (i am not even informed about what it reports exactly), and is very sensitive to magnetic fields, that is all i can disclose.by starkn - CoreXY Machines
Hello, I am building a device, this device is sensitive to electromagnetic fields, i am trying to lower the electromagnetic interference by moving the motors further away than the work zone, please look at the following picture: The black square/rectangle define the work zone, the place where the head will stay, the left scheme is the standard one, the right one will be what i want to do, is iby starkn - CoreXY Machines
Hello, Any people built this machine recently? i am willing to build one, and was wondering how it performs, i am not a beginner, but i have yet to build a real 3D printer and not just scrap some parts together.by starkn - Tantillus
Quotesdavi Separated and flipped the motors, removed the tensioner bearings, so now the belts can be tensioned by sliding the motor mount along the slot. Wow that's one smart thing, gotta think of it for my next assembly.by starkn - CoreXY Machines

Hello people, i've been working on my coreXY (first but oversized printer), and i've arrived to the point where i need those nema 17, so i went to aliexpress and found these cheapos, here are the specs: DO you think that they have the right specs? are they powerful enough? i will be driving them with a ramps 1.4, will that be alright? In my humble opinion they should be okay, but you never knby starkn - Stepper Motors, Servo Motors, DC Motors
