Traumflug - Thank you for the update, and support.

...... or standard drivers modified by removing the pot and connecting the 9th pin to where the slider was, or the new drivers that I was going to have manufactured. ......
Why design a board for options that are either not available, nor std?
Frankly, I wouldn't spend 20 minutes per driver to modify & solder an additional line

Dell has an 18amp PS. Found mine on ebay by searching Dell d220. Below article has instructions for connections:

In solid works you would have to change the plane that the first sketch was drawn on, but it may 'break' folowing steps. Much easier to change with netfabb, or I use repetier host to drive my printer, it can rotate stl before slicing.

Makerfarm is a great company to deal with. Bought all my filament from them, as well as J-head, extruder, electronics etc.
I have Gen6. I'd upgrade to the RAMPS electronics, not familiar with printrboard.

It looks like that controller can be set to 1/8 or 1/16 steps by using the dip switches.

Did you lower layer height/thickness with smaller nozzle? I use .2-.25 with a .35 J-head.

Not even close to a Prusa. Moving gantry, sheet metal construction, etc.
Renderings and cad files, no actual pics, seller probably never built it.
Not easy to build, it's going to take a lathe to make the spool holder, milling machine for the rest, and uses expensive rails/slides on the gantry.

Reprappers
I've been buying 3mm ABS from Makerfarm, and have been happy with both the quality of the filament and their prompt shipping, etc.
If you don't see it on the website, send them an email, they may have more in stock than listed.

Problem with buying at different vendors is the individual shipping can really add up. If you are in the US, check out Makerfarm. I designed my own based on extrusions, but ordered the balance from him: electronics, J-head, filament, extruder, etc and thought it was very reasonable.

Like this?
Really not hard, go through the tutorials about extrude-cut and extrude-boss.
This time I started with a box, and cut away the excess.

You want the 'rails' of the ladder not parralel? Closer at the top than the bottom?

You mean like attached?
I drew the first trapezoid(long part of ladder), extruded it, then 1 step, used a linear sketch pattern to make more, and extruded the steps. Then drew the final trapezoid and extruded it.
Only took a few minutes. 1 part, not an assembly.

No. Makerfarm is at , president is Colin Farrer, and they are in Utah. They sell Prusa and PrintrBot, supplies and parts for reprap.
Makerbot is in Brooklyn and sell their own machines and parts.

I use silicone tubing on the bed. Short pieces, about 3/8". Works fine.

Based on my dealings with Makerfarm (all were great!) I'd think the kapton tape he sells is the correct one.
I've also bought it from McMaster. 7648A716 - 2" x 5yds, 7648A713 - 1/2" x 5yds.

Printing
I've been mentoring a high school First Robotics team for about 10 years. I can tell you printed parts definitely have a future on our team.
Which is why I built a printer for myself, and will build at least one more for the team.
