I'm using extrusion from mcmaster which is functionally equivalent to the Misumi extrusion. Only difference I can see is that the mcmaster stuff has a larger radius on the corners, and I designed my parts to take advantage of it for some strength enhancing fillets. I'll publish what I've done soon... I don't know anything about the conventions for publishing on the wiki, but I will be glad toby tmbg - Delta Machines
I'm having strange slicing issues on this model... it prints great, but when it gets to the bridge, it tries to start in the middle of the object (in free air) and draw outward toward each tower. It does that a couple times, and then it makes a figure eight shaped outline which bridges from tower to tower a couple times, and those bridge quite well. Then it does a couple more start in the centeby tmbg - Competitions
I'm working on a derivative of the Rostock, essentially the same motion but with an extrusion frame. It's a fair bit more expensive to build, but I think it's pretty nice I'll post more as I get it running!by tmbg - Delta Machines
since I vouched for him on his old thread, I figured I'd vouch for him over here too... Terramir is great to deal with, ships fast, parts look great. BTW, I like that deep red! I have some of the Ultimachine red, and I also find that it comes out a bit pink for my tastesby tmbg - Plastic RepRap Parts for Sale

It was the fuse... it's getting VERY hot... however, my heatbed measures 1.3 ohms, which is what I expect! I mounted a fan blowing across the fuse, and that helps, but it's still not perfect yet. I'd like to design a nice ducted case to pull air through.by tmbg - RAMPS Electronics
I've. been printing on a cold bed in PLA because I didn't have a spare thermistor for the heatbed. I finally got a thermistor and got it wired up, but I can't get the bed to stay on! In pronterface, if I manually set the bed temp, the mosfet comes on, the light lights up, and the bed starts to warm, and I can see the temperature climb in pronterface, but after a few seconds it switches back offby tmbg - RAMPS Electronics
Definitely recommend terramir, kit quality is great, easy to deal with, good communication, shipped fast and I got it fast. Thanks again!by tmbg - Plastic RepRap Parts for Sale
