Salutare, Cu durere-n suflet și fără tragere de inimă scot la vânzare Mendel90-ul pe care l-am folosit în ultimele luni, plin de satisfacții și fără probleme. Motivul vânzării este plecarea în UK,loc unde nu rentează să iau imprimanta dezasamblată pe avion sau s-o trimit pe autocar și să mă trezesc cu ea stricată. Operating system + version. - Until 2 days ago I used Windows 7 x64 but now I am using Windows 8.1 x64, no problems with instalation of the Mendel90. 2. 3D modelling software - Google Sketchup and learning Solidworks 3. Cleaning a PLA jammed hotend - 12 years ago
Hi, I had a problem recently with my hotend, it got jammed with PLA and had no ideea how to remove the problem. After i found out that Acetone is not an option, I tried my luck and applied another method. I found a needle with a enlarged ball-like head. I kept the needle in fire until it was red hot. I removed the J-head and then jammed the needle in the back of the hotend so it would penetrateby Șap7e - Mendel90

I have a little problem, i print only from my SD card, but after I connect my printer to the PC and remove the SD card to copy my files on it, the printer disconnects every time. Is there any way i could copy my files on the card without having to remove it? Wich auto reset jumper should I remove?by Șap7e - Mendel90

What can I use to remove PLA from a clogged nozzle? The filament broke during reverse extrusion and the rest of filament in the nozzle is not extruding no matter what temperature i am using.by Șap7e - Mendel90

Yep, deleted all Slic3r versions, downloaded the latest and moved it in partition C/(before it was in partition D/) but the problem is still there. I think i will reinstall my Windows to get this working.by Șap7e - Slic3r

Can you tell me how did you resolved this problem? I deleted all the previous versions of Slic3r and leaved only the 0.9.10b but the problem persists.by Șap7e - Slic3r

I tried with 3 different versions of Slic3r and the problem persists, the only thing that can be changed in the settings are the perimeters, everything else stays the same.by Șap7e - Slic3r

I always save my changes, i already have 10 different saves, each for a specific object. I will try to go to a more early version of slic3r. Now I am using 0.9.10b. Thank you guys, I will notify if I find any solution.by Șap7e - Slic3r

Hi, I am trying to print a tamper and I cannot change the infill of the print. Initially it was 0.4 but I changed it to 0.9 and from that point I cannot reduce it. I tried to slice at 0.1 and 0.2 layer height with 3 and 5 perimeters and this changes are working but when I change the infill at 0.7 - 0.5 - 0.4 - 0.2 it stays every time at 0.9. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?by Șap7e - Slic3r

I think you are right. I did not used the printer for a few days and when I move the X and Y axis I get some resistance at the point where the two axis stayed for so long time, respectivly in the HOME position. I did moved the axis for a wile and the belt is not showing any resistance in that point, but what I observed is that if I move them fast, the fan of the power source is moving counterclocby Șap7e - Mendel90

I have to print a tamper I designed for a client and I am having some problems with the print. First I printed a 0.5mm thin wall calibration and all went well until a specific layer where the filament was too liquid(melted). I am having problems with Google Sketchup V8 and V13. I cannot export STL and I installed all the plugins that I could find on the net. I will attach the file, if someone could check if the file is exportable to STL will be a great favour to me. Mendel90 keeps disconnecting - 13 years ago
Hello, I keep on getting the same problem with my Mendel90. The printer disconnects almost everytime I use it. It was not a problem until now, because I just had to reconnect, but yesterday the printer disconnected during a print while I was gone and the Y axis moved a little bit at every layer.by Șap7e - Mendel90

I updated the Arduino from the one nophead put on the USB SD card reader(1.0.1) to Arduino 1.0.5. I cannot find the Board menu option to set the board to Melzi W/ ATmega1284p 16mHz Should I keep using the 1.0.1 version?by Șap7e - Mendel90

From what I remember, I read that you have to loosen the two bolts at the extruder when you use ABS, because this filament is softer than PLA.by Șap7e - Printing
