trouble with a motor when G28 - 1 year ago
Hello, I encounter an issue and hope someone will help me. Material description : Delta printer kossel type k800xl base btt skr1.3 +tmc2209 endstop type : simple switch. I do not use sensorless marlin 2.x.x It was working before. When I make a G28 from pronterface or when I make autohoming from printer menu : all motor went to the origin position and stop when touch endstop exept the one connectby Dgils - Printing

Oki, what I tried that seem to resolve a little the issue : wall ordering : outside to inside outer wall wipe distance 1.2 instead of 0 outer wall inset 1.2 instead of 0 wall flow 120 instead of 100 I reduce fan speed to 50 now on the 5 wall. 4 are correctly melted to the inside structure the last external wall remain unmelted. hope this will help someone to identify issue and solve itby Dgils - Printing

Hello, I get issue when printing borders, on the picture I have vertical layer after layer not gluing for the whole vertical border surounding print. I do not get any issue with filling print part and it's correctly melted at the base and also at the start area of a layer see the pic to understand. I print on : ender 3v2 2mm thick border normal speed element modeled in fusion360 exported in 3fby Dgils - Printing

Hello thank for information yes I know it's not good and even if I change it in marlin when I upload marlin it does not change. moreover I encounter an issue when warming bed printer goes on error. I found power supply is or not enough power full or has an issue. I changed it and it seem to work better I will test anew and keep you informedby Dgils - Firmware - Marlin

Hello Hello everybody, I have a DELTA KOSSEL K800XL I change original board to a SKR1.3+TMC2226 (TMC2209) I use marlin 2.1.x I try to calibrate PIDTEMP and PIDTEMPBED. I use pronterface to do it : M503 to get ref of head and bed result M301, M304 respectivelly for head and bed M301 E0 S210 C8 to warm at 200 I get P I D value and I enter them with command M301 Pxx.xx Ixx.xx Dxx.xx update of tby Dgils - Firmware - Marlin

Hello all, visual studio - marlin I just received last version of PIO update Core 5.2.2·Home 3.3.4. since this upgrade I receive this error message : ERROR: Old files fell into your Marlin folder. Remove ultralcd_DOGM.cpp, ultralcd_DOGM.h and try again If I try to remove them I receive numerous message of error. I do not know where to find this 2 files up to date. And I do not understand whyby Dgils - Firmware - Marlin

thank you... at least I progress. Ok I activated it, but not tested for the moment not on site where the printer is. when compiling, I get this error message that is not blocking but is in warning : 'void print_es_state(bool, const char*)' defined but not used [-Wunused-function] is it because I have physical endstop and SPI mode do not use it ? if I understand good SPI mode use motor resustby Dgils - Controllers

Hello, I changed my 2560+ramp1.4+a4899 with a SKR1.3+TMC5160 I follow instruction from btt to make setup on SKR1.3+TMC5160 I use visual studio for diferent version of marlin 2.0 everytime I compile with success I succeed in transfert to board. here is issue I have : I can not make work motors. I made different test. try with different marlin. version originale V2.0.6x V2.0.9.1 V2.0.9.2 evenby Dgils - Controllers

Hello, sorry for the delay in answering... after a long time I did not touch printer because too demoralised with this printer I came back and found issue... I connected on the wrong port. E1 instead of E0.... so it's working now thank for your help. In the meantime I still can not print extruder is not enough strong to push pla. I need to turn screw on A4899 to put higher voltage but as i do nby Dgils - Printing

Hello, Sorry for the delay, For information, issue seem to connected with A4988 I need to turn small screw to put more voltage in motor. But i do not have ref of motor or did not find it to calculate voltage I need. In the meantime, I bought an SKR1.3 + TMC5160. I changed board. Hello, I have an SKR1.3 + TMC5160 for a delta kossel. marlin is 2.0.9.1 in the menu I do not have in menu function to move x y z axes. this option are missing. when I try to make an home function few sec after printer goes on halt and I need to reset it. I would like to use pronterface with usb cable to use move function but proterface does not find any printer even if windows can see the memoryby Dgils - Firmware - Marlin

Hello, Did you solved issue ? I have same issue. even if windows can see the com5 and can access memory card on board, pronterface does not reconise my SKR 1.3.by Dgils - Controllers

Hello, I have an SKR 1.3 I have some problem of setup but I have not trouble with board itself. Mayby your power supply 24V is not good to much/not enough voltage, maybe parasite or noise on 24V signal ?by Dgils - Controllers

So I finally finish with setup of my delta. i have delta kossel K800xl + marlin 1.1.9.1 (last one) + alumimium bed I use cura 4.8 (last version up to date) distance between bed and nozzle is like a piece of paper thin. mean I tune z heigh correctly I tried to print a cube 10mm side : here are trouble I encounter when printing : -at the begining pla do not stick to bed. -I try to pass from 6by Dgils - Delta Machines

125 BAUDRATE 250000 most of the time 115200 is better, less trouble 547 DELTA_RADIUS 123 do you have a print area of 246mm diameter ? I have a kossel k800xl and mine is 280 mm diameter remove bed leveling linear delta use G33 for this.by Dgils - Delta Machines

there is no noise at all on the motor and I tried to cross/uncross cable on board connector : No change Maybe, if on the AT2560 I can manage a second extruder on another connector. maybe I can use this ? problem is I do not know how to change marlin to have extruder 2 as default and if I need to change driver position on the board ?by Dgils - Printing

Hello, thank for information, i have done as you said, but wanted to know why I encounter this issue. So now I will say it's solved. Problem is now I have extruder motor not turning. Hello, I have my extruder not turning at all. For information I test it with warming and without warming head. motor does not turn. oki, what I have done, is this : start with your marlin advise marlin1.1.9.1 use config+adv.h file modify them as they do not integrate the minimum of delta setting....(none of all marlin have config.h setup for a delta....) FOr info I try to dl config +adv h you provided me as a link, but there is no dl option, I need to copy them in a file and rename file. initialise eeprom G33 for delta calibrby Dgils - Delta Machines
