... "früher mal" hat man sowas ohne Software mit einem Treiber-IC gemacht (ich nehme für sowas gerne den 7414) - ein Eingang auf 2 oder mehr Eingänge der einzelnen Treiberstufen löten, dann hast du so viele "synchrone" Ausgänge, wie du brauchst

... try with slightly rotating the figure, so the slices will have different start positions, if the error changes position or eventually vanish. This is mostly with calculation errors, when starting positions of lines or slices give "weird" results

... dann hast du die "Problemzone" bzw. die betreffenen Knoten noch nicht erwischt -- kommt auch manchmal davon, daß ein Liniensegment in einer Kontur "andersrum" läuft und so die Flächenumrandung falsch berechnet wird ...

... ja, hab' auch noch eine Spraydose 3Dlac, die noch zu 3/4 voll sein dürfte -- ich hab' da zwichen 3Dlac und Pritt-Klebestift gewechselt - hält ähnlich gut, dünn aufgesprüht geht nur etwas schneller und sieht auf der Spiegel-Fliese auch etwas "gleichmäßiger" aus, als die Pritt-Schlieren

... sieht nach Fehler mit nicht geschlossenen Konturen aus -- schau dir mal die betroffenen Konturen genauer an - irgendwo ist bei einer Ecke noch eine Lücke bzw. die beiden End-Knoten sind nicht verbunden ...

... auch noch was als "OT" -- was unter Umständen auch gut hält, ist z.B. Malzbier aufpinseln oder verdünnter Honig oder Ahorn-Sirup

... wie vorher geschrieben - wenn das "zu gut haftet", dann am Besten abkühlen lassen (dann "ploppt" das manchmal von selbts runter) ... ansonsten, wenn noch warm, kann das beim Abhebeln Stücke aus dem Glas brechen!!

... mit relativ viel Wasser verdünnen (versuch mal 3:1 Wasser:Kleber oder sogar mehr) - nach dem Aufpinseln verdunstet das Wasser und der Kleber bildet eine dünne Schicht aus ... je dünner, desto bessere Haftung ...

... würde ich nicht machen - versuch doch mal verdünnten Holzkleber aufpinseln oder mitm Pritt-Klebestift ... hab' damit auf einer Glas-Spiegelfliese sehr gute Haftung! ... bricht auch schonmal Glas aus, wenn man versucht das im warmen Zustand mit Gewalt runterzuziehen ...

... hier ein in etwa "ähnliches" Beispiel zu deinem Helm und ein noch "kritischeres" wegen Flächen-Haftung und Abreiß-Kraft - das hat so gehalten, mit Brim und angepaßten Stegen wäre aber auch noch mehr gegangen:

... wie im anderen Forum schonmal geschrieben - "spiel" mal etwas mit längeren Belichtungszeiten für die ersten Basis-Ebenen herum da scheint die Haftung nicht so gut zu sein ... alternativ auch einen "brim" (dünne, ggf. einlagige Erweiterung) oder "raft" (mehrlagige Erweiterung) um die eigentlich Basis herum, ähnlich wie beim FDM-Druck, was genau gegen solche Anfangshaftungsprobleme hilft ...

... depending on mechanical properties this could be "normal" ... you'll need a pretty stiff and accurate mechanical setup and superior extruder-controlling to get it "smooth" without lines or ringing.

... for higher temperatures I'm using PT100 sensors - they are "safe" for up to 600degC and tested two in a "sandwich" (back to back, one as heater, the other as sensor) for something like 800degC. But you'll need at least 12Bit ADC (my sensor was an AduC847 with 24Bit) or a PT1000 or a specific driver for PT100, what's not cheap neither ... Viktor

... I don't think, this is possible -- the forums software and structure is sort of "vintage" But you can mark the interesting forums and sub-froums as "Mark Forum Read", so subforms with new posts in them will be marked red ...
