Quotejasonmbeamer Hello ryanhatfield I just bought two brand new factory sealed cubepro duos to modify them. I figure the mechanics in them will save me a bunch of time vs building a couple. I want to print Ultem 1010 so the enclosed heated chamber is a must. Anyways I was planning on just installing a MKS board or perhaps a smoothieboard. But if your close to having some boards ready for plvon Holy1 - General
This looks like a nice system but unfortunately I am in Canada. With the dollar difference, taxes and import duties it would be over $110.von Holy1 - General
That's great. Pictures and a link to Amazon would be nice.von Holy1 - General
Hi everyone, does anyone know how to override the presets in Slic3r PE? I'd like to use a new start gcode but the generated gcode reverts back to their preset. Same with pla temps etc. Set it to 215c and bed to 65 but it reverts back to their preset of 200C and 60cbed. Also on a dual print there is serious under extruding on the main model. The purge tower extrudes fine.von Holy1 - Slic3r
I like it. But more pictures good man . Don't be stingy! I'm working on my own variant right now.von Holy1 - General
I am intrigued with your idea. Do you have better pictures that show the parts? Or video? Seems a clever idea!von Holy1 - General
Quotejimboh3 I am new to 3D printing and just scored a pair of Duo's for $250CAD. . Nice find! Where did you find them?von Holy1 - General

QuoteNumber_5 For the record, I can't recommend that supplier I linked earlier for MIC6 plate. For the price of it, you would expect a pristine piece of metal, however mine has a couple of good dings in the one side that I am a bit annoyed . That's too bad about the Mic6. I was all ready to place my order. Perhaps I'll look elsewhere. Thanks for the heads up.dvon Holy1 - General
I have made my printers carefully, true and square. None have needed auto bed levelling. Not trying to toot my own horn but patience while building pays off. Try and make your build level to start off with and you don't have to fool around with this bed levelling nonsense. Your build plate can then have any surface you desire.von Holy1 - General
Thanks Number 5, I'm in Ontario so this good for me.von Holy1 - General
QuoteNumber_5 I just ordered a 330mm x 330mm (13" x13") x 9.5mm (0.375") Mic6 aluminum plate. Now I just have to decide if I want to go with a SSR and AC or 24V with a Meanwell PSU. Hi, great job updating your thread so fast. Can you give a link for the Mic6 plate? I am using the 750 watt keenovo pad with Cyrydom ssr too but my plate is only 1/8 thick.von Holy1 - General
Dumb question, I am sure but how do I edit a post? For instance I made spelling mistake. How would I edit it?von Holy1 - General
Quotewarbunniex I'll have too see if i can do something similar... i know ive seen it before and im glad it was addressed but honestly who care. i had forgotten about it. i just wish there was a way to use it to make larger parts. You could set up an accordion method, like a flexible duct.von Holy1 - General
Nice work. Lots of time put into that project. Did yo make the entire printer or modify one? How is it for taller, wider prints?von Holy1 - General
It is possible, with being such a cheap printer, that they have cheaped out on the quality of the wiring. Did you check to see the gauge of wire? Can it handle the new power requirements?von Holy1 - General
I think Roberts_Clif meant a picture of the control board in your machine with connections showing.von Holy1 - General
I don't understand. A joke maybe?von Holy1 - General
Silmplify3d has this capability.von Holy1 - General
Hi, thank you for the development of Rerapfirmware. I currently am using Radds with Repetier with no issues. I don't require auto levelling so wondered if I will notice an improvement in print quality if I switch from Repetier. Or is the RepRap firmware just easier to use? Does it support the LCD display?von Holy1 - Controllers
Sent Another email. Still no response.von Holy1 - Kommerzielle Angebote & Produktvorstellungen
I received an order last week but one of the Raps128 is no good, kaput, does not work. I sent an email to Angelo but no response. I need a new one but no one has any. What is the best way to get another one. Thanksvon Holy1 - Kommerzielle Angebote & Produktvorstellungen
Here is an extruder I have fashioned.von Holy1 - Plastic Extruder Working Group
QuoteDjDemonD So I tried that and predictably got a parallelogram not a cube. Back to the belt tension I suppose. The odd thing is it was printing both sides reasonably close (within 0.05mm) before I changed to from 20t to 16t pulleys to see if it improved the resolution. Did changing the pulleys affect the resolution ?von Holy1 - CoreXY Machines
I have made a CoreXY that is direct drive.von Holy1 - CoreXY Machines
