3D LAC per adesione pezzi su vetro - 11 years ago
Mi e' appena arrivata una bomboletta di 3D LAC che promette adesioni perfette su vetro per stampe in ABS. Ho provato a fare la prima stampa su scatoletta da circa 15x15cm e gli angoli sono risultati, una volta staccato il pezzo, di una finitura diversa, come quando si alzano gli angoli per via del ritiro del materiale durante la stampa. Ummm, alla fine la resistenza maggiore ce l'ho a 230 gradi, per avere un buon compromesso tra finitura estetica e tenuta meccanica. Ora sto stampando un pezzo che mi serve, ed ho impostato invece dei soliti due perimetri, ben quattro. Sono gia' a meta' pezzo e cosi' ad occhio credo che questa cosa, unita ad una maggiorazione dello spessore linea di un +20% circa, risolva i miei problemi. Sto provando a stampare dei blocchetti 50x20 h10mm. Per il primo sono sceso a 210 gradi. Esteticamente molto bello e rifinito, e a mano non si riesce a far flettere o scalpirlo in nessun modo. in morsa invece ha ceduto sfogliandosi. I pezzi in PLA si rompono anche loro, ma l'impresione e' proprio che l'abs sui vari strati aderisca meno. Ho fatto altre prove di stampa... Il risultato non e' male, ma meccanicamente i pezzi tendono a "sfogliarsi" scricchiolando quando provo a torcerli a mano. Facendo forza non e' difficile riuscire a separare i layer. Da che parte mi muovo? Se alzo la temperatura il filamento scoppietta e esce un po' sbiadito come colore, e alla vista sembra ci siano delle bollicine d'aria.. Esatto, infatti ero partito da 260, ma il filamento sbiancava e diventava fragile, e oltretutto non attaccava. Magari e' la tollerante della misurazione della temperatura, non so, ma ho provato ad estrudere manualmente. Il filo scendeva bene a 220, senza scoppietti e il ricciolo fatto reggeva bene allo schiacciamento senza sgretolarsi, poi ho alzato a 225 e ho fatto gia' un paio di stampe. Ciao a tutti Scusate l'assenza ma in queste settimane ho stampato giorno e notte con la ormerod. Intanto ho risolto tutti i problemi di connessione con cavo Lan, grazie al nuovo fw. Con PLA sono diventato un mostro, stampo alla perfezione tutto quello che mi serve. Al momento sono alle prese con gimbal per Drone. ecco il risultato dopo i primi disegni e le prime stampe. Tryed just now Removed Duet board from housing buyed one more USB adapter and a new Samsung 16Gb sdhc card downloaded again from github the master zip file Same error, not working ! the only clue I have found is that with the card inserted I have ERROR CODE 3, but without any card I have ERROR Code 12 ! So I think the card slot on the duet is working...by actiondrone - Ormerod

Hi treth. I know this is a kit and not a ReadytoUse print, and I do not care for the ethernet connection, and even to power it without usb cable, but without config.g file and is useless to go on to do any test. the card is fully inserted. Yes, I already write it somewhere. I can print, sending manually every command and setting, but I cant store the calibration parameters, feed rate etc.... because when reboot I have to sent it every time from zero. the PCB seems ok, and the solder pin of sd adapter look good. RS component tell me the have a fully functional ormerod printer in their store ( far 10 km from me). I asked if I can goby actiondrone - Ormerod

Hi Ian I know this is a community, but I sent 2 mail to customer support at raprep, without a reply. I know you have many things to do, but mee too. I'm not here to play. I bought this printer kit because I need it, and I pay with good money, so I want to have a good product. I tell RS component and they say me that many customers have problem. Hi Try to use my new ormerod printer, number 002/500 by RS component I cant read config file from the printer. I read about someone have the solution with other card brand Tryed other 8Gb sundisk, 2 Gb sundisk, 4Gb KingStone .... but don't solve my problem. Tryed to reformatting in some PC/Mac but the error still present, also usind official SD formatting tools. From pronterface I see the dueby actiondrone - Ormerod

I took another card (4GB SanDisk) and it worked w/o problems. As far as I can see reading through the forum there are a lot of people who weren't able to read the (supplied) sd card. Anyone can tell me how to format microsd card for ormerod printer? I tryed different mode (Fat, Fat32 etc etc) but cant find how to let the printer read the config file. If someone can chek their sd and relative file attributes make me happy! Thanks Lorisby actiondrone - Ormerod

Azz, verdello... non e' lontano... Io ho un negozio di Droni e modellismo qui a treviglio... Comunque.. forse ho scoperto il problema. La scheda micro sd fornita a corredo con il file config.g funziona attaccata al pc, vedo i vari file e sembrava tutto a posto. Per scrupolo pero' con M503 sono andato a verificare che il file config fosse letto e invece mi dice che non c'e' nessun file config.gby actiondrone - Discussioni generali - NO PROBLEMI DELLA STAMPANTE

Caspita, credevo che fosse un po' piu' conosciuta... amen, ormai e' qui. C'e' di buono che adesso sono riuscito a collegarla con l'usb e tramite il sw pronterface riesco a muovere i vari motori etc etc. L'estrusore si riscalda e i valori che mi restituisce sono corretti, arriva a 185 gradi. Ciao a tutti Ho acquistato la reprappro Ormerod da Rs component Ho montato tutto seguendo le istruzioni ma secondo me c'e' qualcosa che non va. Per prima cosa non so se e' normale, ma la scheda duet di controllo, Con la sola alimentazione da trasformatore, non da segni di vita.
