I have upgraded my Omerod1, (one of the first #445) from some old SW maybe version1.09 -> 1.17e, and DWC1.14 When I manual extrude first time it's ok, but next time I press on extrude button, the extruder turn direction, and next time again it turn again, and so on. What have I forgot? I have read the upgrade notes, but.....by lehar - Ormerod

I tried to install the new firmware today. I always used DC42's firmware, without any problems. But when I install yours firmware, I have no access to the board anymore. I use fixed IP address, but I can't ping/ftp/web. Do I have to change something in the config file, when I switch to yours firmware? Best regards Perby lehar - Duet

Hello I often have problems with the head is hanging. So I made solution. See picture. an additional line to hold the head in position. It seems to be working. Best regards Perby lehar - Ormerod

Are there some who have made an alternative solution for x-Carriage? I experience my coming to hang because it gets hot and melts (printing ABS bed = 110°C), and because of the weight of the fan. Are there others who have experienced the problem? Anybody have a solution? I use Daves Aluminium X-Arm. Best reagrds Perby lehar - Ormerod

Quotedc42 That sounds to me that the firmware is crashing and the software watchdog is resetting the printer. Please do the following: 1. After this has happened, reconnect the web interface or Pronterface. Then run M122 and see what the last reset reason and software reset code are. 2. Quotedc42 Are you quite certain that the bed and the hot end heat up? Have you checked that the 12V input screw terminals are tight? It might be worth trying different firmware, e.g. my 1.00o release, zombiepantlol's latest release, or RRP 0.78c - just in case there is an issue in that firmware release that I am not aware of. I have now reinstalled 1.00m and overwrited all Web files, and filesby lehar - Ormerod

Hi, None of the motor will move, but the bed and nozzel heater works ok, and the web interface is also ok. I updated my config.g from the web interface, because I had to change one of the M557 cordinates. After that I can't home anything, or manuel move a motor. What happend. I run firmaware version : 1.00m dc-42 and web interface 1.02 /Perby lehar - Ormerod

Hi When I am printing, the log shows a lot of erros: "Error: Triangle interpolation: point outside all triangles!" Why. I use Slic3r version 1.2.6. Best regards Perby lehar - Ormerod

Hi David Thank you for your work I have updated to the new version 078d and web interface version 98. In an older version, it was possible to add a new temperature for the bed, but it does not work for bed, works fine for head temperature. /Perby lehar - Ormerod

Thanks I have now tried with RRP firmware 0.65e and still can not read my SD card. I also tried with 2 other SD cards and still can not read, so it's probably the HW interface. I will ask RRP for a warranty replacement. Thanks for helpingby lehar - Ormerod

I am using a SanDisk 8GB card, and it has worked until now. * I have tried 3 other SD card, but all report in Arduino serial monitor : Can't open 0:/sys/config.g to read from. Error code: 3 Configuration file not found. * All card works fine in my PC * I set the IP address from Auduino using M552-M55by lehar - Ormerod

Hi There is a problem, and I have suffered severe by finding out what is wrong. I was starting a print from remot, (I was not near my printer) I used DC software 059e I think and web interface. After a while, I was looking to the printer, but It was stopped after heating up The webinterface was still online, but temperature was not updated. I have a problem with my printer, it one of the red from RS. I have a bed leveling problem. I measure the bed z position at each 4 corners. and have only 0.2 mm diff. But when I move x = 100 then z = 0.2 diff form first point. See: x=60 y=60 z=0 x=60 y=170 z=0 x=180 y=180 z = -0.1 x=180 y =60 z =-0.2 but x=100 Y=60 z=0.2 x=100 y=100 z = 0.2 x=100 y) 170 z = 0.2 Anyone know whats wrong?by lehar - Ormerod
