But how the reading changes between 2℃ and -273.15℃.I am caofused. Can you explain,David?by sevenljy - Ormerod
Never happened before. The T in my city is about 0-4℃.Sometimes temperature reading is flashing between 2℃ and -273.15℃ and can not heat up.But when I use my hands to warm up the heater.T reading is normal about 10℃ and could heat up.I check my linesand R value with multimeter. It just all right. So what is the problem.I hope I describe the problem in a right way.by sevenljy - Ormerod
I have done some work on two nozzles for two colors. But how to set one nozzle for PLA and the other for PVA(support)? Is it different?by sevenljy - Slic3r

I use PLA at the T of 200.Slic3r and Simplify3D.Slic3r is my first choice.I do not use the Simplify3D for slicing because I am not familiar with it.So I may make a mistake. The ini file is for the Slic3r but not the S3D?by sevenljy - Ormerod
Quotebgkdavis problem is the speed vs quality equation, the two are mutually exclusive at most times and especially so with multi extruders! The first thing is consider the design of your part, for example there is the traffic cone, this is a pretty fast part to print with good quality because it doesn't change extruder every layer. Then there is this !!!! This part is not fun to print, it chby sevenljy - Ormerod
Quotedc42 If you mean how can you speed up tool changes, there are a couple of things: 1. In your tool change files, make sure that you wait for the new tool to heat up to active temperature but not for the old one to cool down to standby temperature. Use the M116 P parameter to do this. 2. When a tool is heating up from standby to active temperature, look at the graph on the web interface. Ifby sevenljy - Ormerod
I am using the firmware of DC42.What can I do?Change the PID?by sevenljy - Ormerod
I love delta!!!Looking farword to the details of Fisher.by sevenljy - Fisher
Everything works well.however, The temperature starts getting up(160 to 200) when tool changes. The extrude still feeds the filament during the temperature is getting up.it can not feeds the filament because the temperture is uping to 200 but not get to 200.Is this a problem of tfree, tpre and tpost files.I delete it all.by sevenljy - Ormerod

OK,I mean the PLA can not pull out at the rising temperature of 160 up to 200.It still ran when the temperature is getting up.I delete the tfree, tpre and tpost files....by sevenljy - Ormerod
HEY,anyone who can answer my question?DC42,ZPL.Are you there?by sevenljy - Ormerod
I use two heaters, E1 and E0.Active T is 200 and standby T is 160.However,the temperature can not get up enough when the heater has changed. Then the heater get stuck. I must make some mistakes in the configration.how to fix it?by sevenljy - Ormerod
Thank you.PS:last time I get a problem with my EX board. Finally I fix it and it works well.Thank you!by sevenljy - Ormerod
Dear DC42,are you here? I need your ini file for slic3r,which includes dual nozzle and simple nozzle.by sevenljy - Ormerod
I just find out it is not working after I cut off my power and ground wires.Still the same situation as before. Maybe I should change into shield?by sevenljy - Ormerod
HI.DC42. YES,my ground power wires are very long between two board.I have no idea that this may be a big problem.I will try.Thank you so much!by sevenljy - Ormerod
I do some experiments today and I am sure that the screw terminals.are tight enough, the voltage is +12V through all the experiments! Maybe it is the noise issue? The LED of E1 shakes the same way.But when I check the LED of E0,which never shakes(never off through human eyes) as the LED of E1.The PWM control of E1 just works the same way as E0? I am so confused and I will try more times. Please giby sevenljy - Ormerod
I left it turned off and only control the E1 extruder. Is this a problem?the E0 works well.by sevenljy - Ormerod
But I can rise the temperature stably. It goes bad only when the temperature get reached. I will still try your advice.thank you. Maybe you can give me other reasons or advices?by sevenljy - Ormerod
I only use duet and duet_EX,not the shield 0.4.I have already know the noise issue and put some extra CAPs on my board.(I am now trying to put VSSA into my duet_EX). The phenonmenon is here: I try to control my E1 extruder and it moves as the order. Then I rise the temperature(LED of heater besides the IPD036 on) and it gets to 185C,the E1 extruder begins to shake silghtly and out of control(A proby sevenljy - Ormerod

As the topic,I can not find the PCB informations on GITHUB.Is it not OPENED?by sevenljy - Ormerod
Dear DC42.Thank you for your answers. YES,I think the web interface should ask if I want to restart the printer after uploading config.g,which maybe a good idea because I could change the IP or other configrations in config.g and restart the machine immediately. It is convient for usby sevenljy - Ormerod
When I make some work on 0.78v-dc42 in Eclipse.I want to reset the CPU after I upload config.g BY using "NVIC_SystemReset ()". It really did the work, but still some problems remain.THE code I change: unsigned char AFlag=0; unsigned char BFlag=0; else if (StringEquals(request, "upload_begin") && StringEquals(key, "name")) { BFlag=1; FileStore *file = platform->GetFileStore("0:/", vby sevenljy - Ormerod
Thank you DC42.I got it.by sevenljy - Ormerod
HI,dc42: But it still goes off when I try OAUSE AND RESET.I DO it quickly in less 2 mins when the temperature is not down yet. ONCE it goes off.it will not be active again unless I restart the meachine. Is it still a problem of time?I am suspected.by sevenljy - Ormerod
HI,dc42: I'm trying this new firmware and faces a hot end warming issue too: After I print one thing to start another(the hot end and hot bed are off because of the M1 in my end Gcodes). The hot bed reaches its temperature (57) within approximately 3 to 4 minutes, then the hot end starts warming and reach its temperature (207).Suddenly it goes off. I try to click on "Head 1" but it is useless stiby sevenljy - Ormerod
