I ordered one and now have one of the Ormerod 2 sensors spare if anyone wants one. I also have a spare 5V regulator board for Duet Shield (unused) and 2 x 0.3 mm quick set hot end nozzles (used).by merlincode - Ormerod
I tried both the Double Helix Z-Gears and the z-gear-driven_tall.stl approach. The former I found very difficult to mash, perhaps my prints were oversized. The latter fitted perfectly without any fettling. I have added the brass nut from the original Ormerod 2 hot end nozzle, on top of the upper nut, just for good measure. The result is pretty near perfect. The threaded z axle appears virtuallyby merlincode - Ormerod

Bob, I'd like to use your scad customisable verison to print a Duet and Duet X 4 enclosure for the Ormerod 2. The only difference as far as I am aware is that the Ormerod 2 has a small voltage rail regulator board that is approx 7cm x 3cm that sits in the enclosure below and along the bottom short edge side. I'm a newboy to SCAD but have used it once before successfully. However I am not exactlyby merlincode - Ormerod
