David Just had a look at your BOM are you sure the the Pulleys are 3mm bore? think it should be 5 Doug.by dougal1957 - Delta Machines
QuotePDBeal Your config section you posted it configured to use 192.168.1.14, yet your testing is all showing 192.168.1.12. To connect to the printer, you need to be trying to connect to 192.168.1.14. You said your mac was 192.168.1.12 Good spot hadn't noticed that he was effectively pinging his own Macby dougal1957 - Duet
You do have all the files in the WWW Folder on the SD card for the Web interface don't youby dougal1957 - Duet
go have a look in the Duet Forums and you will see that what you want is already on the wish list and AFAIK Is already being worked on Firmware wish list see point 5by dougal1957 - Duet

Davids link does indeed take you to the Reprap Gcodes page but it homes in on M558 which is where you need to look (Or at least it does for me). HTH Dougby dougal1957 - Duet
How are you getting on with the Carriages Simon I have ordered a load of stuff to build a completely new Delta this one will use 9mm wide belt as wellby dougal1957 - Delta Machines

Quoteajsmcs I thought I read somewhere that - despite being rated for 24V - some parts on the board don't actually like being run at that voltage. I guess that's not the case? I don't actually have a heated bed. (I don't even have a glass bed, for that matter) And I literally just bought the 12V E3D-V6, so I'm not really looking to swap it out. You could try setting the Duet to DHCP connect it issue a M552 thru Pronterface or similar to find out what address the Router as given it and try with that one I am wondering if you have picked an address that maybe outside the WiFi part of the Routers Subnet? Dougby dougal1957 - Duet
Don't get the Extrusions from Robotdigg they are good but the shipping will kill you and you will get stung for import Duty into the EU go to Motedis They will work out much cheaper for you they are based in south Germany so shipping will be much less. However if you want to use rollers then you should consider OpenBuilds extrusions for the vertical elements along with there Vee Wheels you canby dougal1957 - Delta Machines
Those Amazon corners can be a pain in the Axxx to assemble and are in no way as good as the Robotdigg ones that is why my big delta still isn't finished. I would go for the Robotdigg corners and match them with OpenBuilds Extrusion which is proper Vee-Slot stuff if you are going to use rollers or stick with Motedis for std extrusion if using Linear Rails. I can also recomend Haydn's Mag ball roby dougal1957 - Delta Machines
Check the number of teeth on the Y Axis Drive pulley Bet it's not the same as the X and therefore your Steps/mm for the Y will be off. Dougby dougal1957 - Reprappers
It is definitely that that is causing your issue they need to be the same at both ends of the rods The simulator is drawing it incorrectly it should adjust the spacing at both ends but it doesn't Dougby dougal1957 - Delta Machines

Quoteo_lampe Quotedc42 16 tooth pulleys have the advantage that the Z height change per microstep is a nice round number, e.g. with 16x microstepping it's 0.005 or 0.01mm depending on your motors. With 20 tooth pulleys you get 0.00625 or 0.0125mm. Is that really an advantage? I know from gearboxes, that they intentionally use gears with prime numbers. ( eg,17 tooth ) Don't know, if there are simby dougal1957 - Delta Machines

QuoteDjDemonD No its fixed now all I need is to print everything on a 50mm tall raft. what youve fixed it or it is still evident?by dougal1957 - Delta Machines
QuoteDjDemonD I'm only half subscribed to this theory in that it took nearly a year to fail on the corexy. Not 3-4 months. I suspect with 20t pulleys it would last longer. Indeed but on the one I built they lasted no more than 3-4 weeks suppose there is different Quality even on them? It will be interesting to see but Somehow I am not holding my breath that it fixes it but at this stage anythiby dougal1957 - Delta Machines
Still doesn't explain why its anywhere on the bed tho but still a worthwhile test I think I have a 5 m roll of that Steel cored stuff upstairs that may just go in the Bin? Dougby dougal1957 - Delta Machines
DJ Lykles idea re the belts reminds me of something, your's look to be the Steel cored ones if so the cores do fracture one I built for a friend we put them on and it lasted about 2 weeks before they gave way (we used 16 toothe pulleys so was a tight radius) it may be worth trying the std Glass black belts (easier than a full strip down?) David is RC3 and DWC 1.14 released yet can't find it in your Github? Dougby dougal1957 - Duet
A thought that strikes me is a year or so ago (In fact probably nearer to 18months) a friend of mine had a similar issue on thin wall objects at certain layer heights which turned out to be a rounding error in Marlin maybe worth trying a different layer size or wall thickness and re-slice it and try again.
