You can check the log, if something about the temperature, it maybe that one of your thermal resistor wire is connected so the MAX temp is trigger.by solarprism - FoldaRap
Quotemarkstephen Reading that again, I'm thinking he means nut, not bolt - Quotesolarprism And it seems that due to this, the bolt is being grind down to the extent that it slipped on the thread rods. So it sounds like he has a rather crappy threaded rod, soft nut, and or no lube on the threaded rod. I'v just used a little petroleum jelly as I can't seem to be able to fine my silicon grease anby solarprism - Smart_Rap
Hi Everyone, I just found some problems about my Z axis. Several days ago I notice a large wobbing in the Z axis. And it seems that due to this, the nut is being grind down to the extent that it slipped on the thread rods. Any one had this problems before. I mean that the nut is being grind down. Thank youby solarprism - Smart_Rap
My bearing not much slack, I think that iss the problem like BackEMF said. @regpye: how can u reinforce the X axis. Can u take some photos? Thanksby solarprism - Smart_Rap
Hi. I found out the problem. The problem is the printing surface is not even, I am not sure why the auto level not work. Because the side to the X axis motor always higher than the farther end. Is that becaus the servo autolevel is not reliable?by solarprism - Smart_Rap
Thank u all you guys. I reverse the direction due to i use a 40mm motor so like smartfriendz, it is on the way of the couple. I have already adjusted the motor controller. Maybe i will need to reduce the speed. My J head is cheap one, with 0.3mm nozzle ( i doubt that ^^ )by solarprism - Smart_Rap
