Hoi Rob, Als je van die kleine zwarte micro schakelaartjes hebt, gebruik je alleen de "com" en de "no" . Schakelaartje is open en als je hem indrukt dicht. Op je ramps gebruik je de " signal" en de "min" . Welk contact waar komt maakt niet uit. Je gebruikt dus maar twee draadjes per schakelaar. Ik zou de draadjes solderen, dit is veel bedrijfzekerder. Have you calibrated the amount of extruded filament? ( steps/mm ). since you use extrusion multiplier 1,4.

Do not disconnect the motor wiring or the steppers whith the ramps still powered up. Then your steppers will damage.

Have you heated your hotend? There is a setting in marlin that prevent a cold extrusion. //this prevents dangerous Extruder moves, i.e. if the temperature is under the limit //can be software-disabled for whatever purposes by #define PREVENT_DANGEROUS_EXTRUDE //if PREVENT_DANGEROUS_EXTRUDE is on, you can still disable (uncomment) very long bits of extrusion separately. #define PREVENT_LENGTHY_E

Hello, I have a touchpanel with windows ce installed. I want to use this to control my corexy printer. I have tried to install cura, slic3r and repetier, but nothing seems to work. Is it possible to run these softwares on it?

Je gebruikt alleen Signal en GND. Deze sluit je aan op common en NO. Het contact is dus open totdat je ze indrukt dan sluiten ze. P4tje bedoeld: Als dit andersom zit zou je dit in de software om kunnen draaien. Het maakt dus eigenlijk niet uit of je NO of NC gebruikt op de schakelaars

Hallo, Ik ben via mijn werk in het bezit gekomen van een webpanel met touch screen. Hier staat windows ce op. Ik heb al geprobeerd om slicer, cura en repetier te installeren, maar dit gaat niet. Is het eigenlijk wel mogelijk om hier geschikte software voor besturing en slicen op te zetten? Groetjes Hans

There called " wire insulated ferrule " you need a special crimping tool for them.

Have you changed your layerhight? It looks like your layerhight doesn't match your z-axis rod. Use the prusa calculator to determine the right layerhights.

Ohm's law: U(volts) = I(amps) x R(ohm). ==> I = U/R ==> I = 14/1,8 ==> I = 7,77 Amp. Have measured the actual temperature, maybe your thermistor is misreading.

In repetier tab "printer shape" you have to set " bed left " and " bed front " to zero.

I have just tested with 1.2.6. Speed of the layers with solid infill is ok. Speed of the perimeters and infill is much to slow. It is about 54% of the setted value.

Hi In the screen " manual control " is a button called " dry run " if it is checked your printer will execute the print without any extrusion.

There is a setting that prevent extrusion with a cold hotend. Set this to zero. Or heat you hotend.

It is much easier to mount parts on the aluminum extrusion because they have a groove on the sides. I think they are stronger as well. Where you from? Take a look at this for sources
