Hi Garrett, Glad to hear that you're making progress! I'm a Baltimore Node member and am usually in at least once a week. The best days to drop by are Thursdays during Open Hack, which is just an open-to-the-public time when a bunch of us hang out, starting at 7:30pm. Our Tuesday monthly meeting is happening this Tuesday, I believe, but they will be moving to twice-monthly on Thursdays later

Hi Urban, Sorry to hear about your troubles. One of the great strengths of the RepRap project is that the machine designs are constantly being tweaked and improved. One of the downsides of this process is that there are almost no identical RepRaps in the world. Most machines end up using some unique parts or configurations, and that makes it difficult to maintain step-by-step instructions. W

B'more/DC RUG meetup at Baltimore Node - 16 years ago

Hey Guys, Brian Dolge and I talked awhile back about hosting a RUG meetup at the Baltimore Node hackerspace. If you're not familiar with Node, we are located at 120 W North Avenue, just a few blocks from Penn. Station. Hello all, I've just moved from Pittsburgh to Baltimore, bringing my MakerBot along with me! I recently finished printing a RepRap Mendel for a friend at HackPittsburgh, and it is coming along nicely, as he finds the time to work on it.
