Hello everyone, I looking for some advice with TMC2130 and the stallGuard feature
I currently have the driver installed on the Z axis only, using Marlin 2.0.5.3.
Is there a way to read when stallGuard kicks in? I'm building a custom pick&place machine, so I'd wish to move the head until it gets in contact with the object and turn on the vacuum pump to grab it.
I already took a look at the M

Honestly I'm thinking about using the "official" printing list that you can it here: https://reprap.org/wiki/Kossel
Should I use some basic geometry to infer the actual distance? My hunch is that the "radius" refers to the circle circumscribing the triangle made by the three pillars, am I right?
Looking at the printed pieces, it seems that there's some tolerance to handle shorter frame pieces, is

Hello everyone,
I already built a Cartesian 3D printer (Tom's Hardware Dolly) and a MPCNC, now I'd wish to build my own delta printer. To be more precise, I'd wish to create a pick-and-place machine using the delta layout, so my specs are a little different.
Using this DeltaBot Calculator I was able to write down some measures:
Radius: 235mm
Height: 600mm
Arm len; 395mm
I think I'll use 2020 al

Thank you everyone!
I simply soldered the wires from the bottom of the existing button and everything's working smooth.
Thanks again!

Hello everyone,
I'm currently using a Prusa i3 clone that I built on my own, using the RAMPS 1.4 shield.
The reset button is quite handy when something goes wrong, but at the moment is not very easy to reach (I built an enclosure and all the electronics are screwed on the bottom of the table).
Is there a way to add a custom reset button without de-soldering the current mini-button on the RAMPS?

Hello,
today I was doing some maintenance on my 3D printer, while disconnecting the power supply to the RAMPS module I saw that a pin was completed burned (see attached picture).
Frankly, that's quite upsetting!
I built my 3D printer following Tom's guide on Dolly (Prusa MK2 clone) and I never had any issue with it. Sometimes I had some thermal runaway errors, but they were false positives (part
