start gcode qui se répéte 2 fois... warum ? - 9 years ago

Bonjour, Bonjour, j'ai construit une imprimante core xy et j'ai imprimé qqes piéces de test qui sont pas trop mal. Quand j'ai voulu imprimer une piéce "pour de vrai" alors là l'imprimante s'est mise à agir bizarement en notamment répétant deux fois la séquence G28 G29 du start gcode. D'où celà peut-il venir ? J'utilise slic3r pour le tranchage et Pronterface pour éventuellement corriger

Voici les morceaux de mon configuration.h qui pourraient peut-être t'aider J'utilise Marlin RC8 Il faut faire G28 avant G29. Moi ça marche avec un capteur inductif.

Good day to all, I built my core xy printer and I used several test files downloaded on thingiverse that helped me to focus. Now I wanted to print this part : object thingiverse (it's a GT2 pulley). I have as usual, produced the gcode with slic3r. But when I launched the printing, it made very over the bed. Is it because the object was made for Makerbot?

Hi Ed would, It is true I should have posted elsewhere even if I have a corexy printer. Thank you anyway I will change to M190 s100. If it does not always I'll post a new topic in the correct category. PS I am a beginner and I thought that the fan had to be powered in the startcode. I will try without.

Good day to all, My problem is that when I start printing, the extruder heats up normally but not the bed. The printing begins that I am obliged to stop Since the bed is not hot. I launched M140 with pronterface and there it works. I reversed the order of heating between bed and extruder in my start-gcode, same result. Thank you Matt for your suggestion. That's nice. I will try to understand a maximum what happens before asking for help. I think we understand better when we make the effort to understand.

Thanks a lot for your help. Now this is settled. On the other hand I will have to find the right setting for coordinating the lead with the wire extrusion ... but that's another topic.

Thanks, Well, when I send M104 s125 (for example) it works, and M140 s70 it works too, temperature increase. But when I launch the print (it's my first print) the bed heats but not the nozzle. ? I have a power supply 12V 20A, hotend E3D v6 and hotbed 21,4x21,4 dimension. I use pronterface (under linux ubuntu 16.04) , slic3r , MarlinRC8, ramps 1.4 board, and mega2560 board with arduino.

Thanks, I have my probes well connected and they read well the ambient temperature, Fronterface tells me 21 ° which is the temperature of the room
