Thanks for the feedback and the image. I have a nice Antec PSU sitting here that advertises 20A DC on the 12V rail so I should be set to go.

As I mentioned in my original post, I realize I still need a power supply, maybe a few springs, some thermistors (I have no idea about this one, please inform me otherwise if you know). I've read several places that you can use a ATX power supply and I have several decent ones that aren't being used at the moment, but I'm not sure what is required with the heat bed so I'm going to have to do some

I know that in Ubutnu you can get the TKinter dependency by installing 'python-tk'. There might be something similar for Windows. You'll be looking for the TKinter library for Python in Windows.

Are there any suggestions for getting a RUG started? I know there are maybe a couple RepRap users in the state, but I can't find much more information other than that they exist. Also, is now the right time to get a forum setup for this group or should I do more groundwork first?

Of course I also realize I could save some money by hobbing the bolt myself, building the electronics myself, etc, but I'm also looking for the easier route possible for this first machine.

I've been reading up on the Prusa, looking over the BOM on the wiki and Wade's extruder, and just digging around in general. I've made a list of the items in which I will need to build the Prusa with the extractor. I've put together a list of the general parts I will need along with their prices (excluding shipping and tax) and the source of each item. Let me know if you think I've got everything
