Only one GLCD left reserved for direct sale here. 2 Remain for sale on Ebay. It will likely be several weeks before I have more in stock. Thanks to those of you who've done business with me here or on ebay, it's been my pleasure! I hope to (slowly) keep adding things to stock. In the next couple months I hope to add Ramps kits to inventory :-). -Dave ([email protected])by xclusive585 - For Sale
Wow, I wish I had known that sooner... But my eeprom should contain all the values found in config.h as last time I compiled I used a <>0 besides one, which forces eeprom to be overridden And to answer, no I havent found a solution, I'll pull values from eeprom and check that they match config.h. I actually just got back on this today after giving up a few weeks ago. Will update l8rby xclusive585 - Delta Machines

I think your error is in your endstop wiring to your electronics, based solely on the fact that triggering an endstop messes with your electronics. . Endstop wires need to be between signal and ground.by xclusive585 - Delta Machines
I have an interesting one here I cannot seem to find online anywhere. Apparently, the most needed adjustment to level a delta is offsetting the delta radius to compensate for a concave or convex bow in the z-height, from outer points at the towers to the center of the bed. Ok, so I'm all set with that; my z-height is very even at points "C" "X" "Y" and "Z". So given that, everything shouldby xclusive585 - Delta Machines
Some of the comments here, just leave me speechless. a) I feel bad for anyone who put any money into this, at least they get it back though. b) If this design is so great, where's the proof? Not one damn pic of a print? Just a far fetched story? Running a business with no backups? (that makes me comfortable to give money.... NOT), just puffs of smoke, and rendered images. And even a few peopleby xclusive585 - General
oddly enough... This issue has something to do with the USB on my "3d" desktop machine... Using my laptop (which has the same Distro, same Arch, same kernel) Repetier uploaded to the board fine. Strangest dang thing I've ever seen. Ah well all good thanks!by xclusive585 - Firmware - experimental, borrowed, and future
I'm (trying to) use Repetier Development release 0.81 for a Delta Upon attempting to upload to RAMPS, the upload will start (according to tx/rx led), but then quickly halts and I get this error: avrdude: stk500v2_ReceiveMessage(): timeout I have tried other firmwares, and they upload fine to both of my RAMPS. I have also tried several versions of Arduino software, all with the same result: I caby xclusive585 - Firmware - experimental, borrowed, and future
I am getting the same damn message. It has something to do with Arduino software. (Im not using a Mac)by xclusive585 - Reprappers
Not to mention if you are only supporting Makerbot and 3DS at the moment, what do you expect to gain from REPRAP forums? Not many of us here work with overpriced junk.by xclusive585 - General
What Andrew said. And Repetier Development Release is another compatible delta firmware. (Several people now prefer Repetier to Marlin for Delta bots.)by xclusive585 - General

As far as software to automatically optimize the platter space for as many parts as possible, I think there may be a patent on that, if true you won't see that feature in software we use yet.by xclusive585 - General

1. The Ardunio Due has yet to be officially supported by any popular developer here. Part of this is yes, because it uses ARM and we are limited on software for ARM for the time being. This will change. At least one developer is working on electronics which are ARM based, though not using a DUE. 2. You will not find an existing pololu shield or add-on for a DUE that's meant that's meant for a DUby xclusive585 - Reprappers
The reprap community is full of machined pullies for sale. But considering you are just experimenting, a printed pulley should work just as well. For your experiments someone with a printer could make you a pulley, or you could search ebay for a machined or casted reprap pulley (they all pretty much have set screws). 1.75 mm is about as thin as can easily be pushed into an extruder without the filament bending, kinking, and breaking. Any smaller would just be more issues with an extruder. And the 3mm? I suppose that was just the size already available for other FDM printers at the time of Reprap's birth? And as an American, I've been using imperial measurements my whole life, extensively at work also. I knoby xclusive585 - General
I was a little upset that the 3Dprinter in Big Bang was some commercial unit with it's brand name hidden, rather than a desktop home unit- something that would have given Reprap some more credit and make it known that 3D-printing is no longer limited to big machines and big money.by xclusive585 - General

Pva mix. 1 part pva glue, 3 parts water. After a print you can wipe with a damp cloth to "refurbish" the surface, or clean entirely and reapply.by xclusive585 - General
This peaks my interest in learning how to push compiled software from the command line. I've done it once but that was kind of a step-by-step kinda thing and I didn't take notes. Linux is friendly for doing that, where as on Windows yes you end up installing LOADS of development tools, just to get at a single file you may need to compile something.by xclusive585 - Firmware - experimental, borrowed, and future
