What steps/unit are you using for Reprappro (Adrian) mini extruder - 10 years ago

Hello, Gents, I am just curious what steps/unit did you setup for Reprappro mini extruder. I would like to make a comparison. Mine is setup to 640. Thank you.

Please, help with an advice. How I can porting the Cura's profile in Repetier 1? The settings for Cura in Repetier 1 are done in two sections Print and Filament but as I have in Cura program already the settings in its Profile I would like to transfer them in directly which I could not figure out how.

In the last version is working. The second extruder is not heated if the material support is not checked. Great!!!

I understood it. I will miss the previous feature. In the new version is there the possibility to include buttons like in Ponterface to assign the script?

Thank you. I believe there is a misunderstanding. I am referring to manually extruding filament, or just transporting filament in the case of Bowden type extruder as you do when you change the filament. In the previous version you could change the speed in the same menu window, and really simple. Now the option is missing or I could not find out it.

With the new look of Repetier Host I was not able to adjust/set the speed of extruder on manual. I had to change the filament and the extruder run with nominal speed and I could not find how to modify it. I have tried including flow speed multiplier but no change. In the previous version you could set the speed and length in the limits of firmware, and now you have the button with pre-selected le

@ nka - Thank you for advice. Actually, you are not rude or at least I do not consider this but it seems that you did not read the whole discussion. I have asked Andy if he has igs or step files of his printer as I would like to build his printer but with some modifications and I would like to avoid reconstruct/redesign each part in SW or Catia. @umdpru - Actually, I posted an answer before but it seems that it did not post. Thank you for advice. I tried in the past to do it through SW as you mentioned in your post but I got a lot of facets and I did not know how to manipulate them. I would appreciate if you would give me some tips regarding the next steps in the process.

I have the same problem since version 14.03. Till then everything was nice and smooth. Since then I am using Cura just for slicing. I intended to raise this issue in the Cura's forum but I gave up as I did not see till now somebody mentioning this issue and as my system is XP. Till 14.03 I enjoyed very much to print through Cura.

Thank you. Actually, I was thinking about this solution, and additionally I checked also the deleting of temperature checks for second extruder in G-code, which works. However, I was thinking there is also another inside Slic3r setup/solution.

I was told that some people frayed their Arduinos in time due to the current consumption of servo. This is the reason why I choose to get 5V from 12V power supply of Ramps through a 7805. I built my third 3d printer. It is a Rostock kind of. I have setup an effector with 2 extruders, and encountered a problem. I have setup in Slic3r PLA on one extruder and ABS on other extruder. The second extruder was assigned for raft and support, and first one for infill and perimeters. The problem occurred when I sliced a part without any support which supposedly must be printed of PLA. Hello, Is herein somebody who can provide the schematics (diagram) of Chinese power supply (I was told it is built for LED strips) type 180-S-12 (it is standard one for 12V and 15A, 180W)? Hi, I downloaded tricolour Mendel solidworks files from github and tried to open them. I was using SW 2012 and I got an error msg. Are they SW2013? Can somebody help with SW2012 files? I would like to modify my Mendel and I need these files. Thank you.

Sorry for late answer. In Slic3r - Print Settings - Output options - Sequential printing - I have deselected Complete individual objects, and it works. With this option selected it gives me the error despite any radius and height I enter.

Finally...I found out what was wrong. Now it is working. Anyway, it is a bug there.
