Do any of you guys know exactly what type of wood the TOM is made of? I'm restoring one I got off eBay but parts were crushed during shipping. I've located a laser cutter, but I can't seem to find the right type of wood.by wesleytullos - Reprappers
Ramps 1.4 z-axis/extruder problem - 12 years ago
Hey guys. This is my first build. Prusa Mendel i2. Obviously Ramps 1.4 and Sprinter firmware. Im calibrating my printer now and I've run into a snag that has set me back substantially. My x and y axis move nice and smoothly now, however my Z and E axis (axes?) either won't move or shake. I have changed the Pots and at the most they just shake more or hum louder.
