Hi Riccardo, The might be several problems. So follow steps 1, if you are using driver A4988, check current which is going to motors , especially Y motor have this problem. normal current is between 0.5 - 0.8 2, Check your marlin settings in configuration.h. Hi ANO, Use this Slic3r config for extruder. With this config I have best resuls also set in "Print Settings -> Multiple extruders -> Ooze prevention | enable and Teperature Variation set to -20C.

Hi Ano, Im using ABL (AutoBed Leveling) longer time. But im using servo and microswitch. Layer 0.12 (sheet of paper) is fine high and will ensure good ahesion. Im Printing with first layer 0.3 for 0.3 nozzle and 0.2 other layers. And results are superb. What about extruder I can suggest you to use bowden one.Bowden extruder is also good motivation to have dual extrusion

OMG This is Replikeo printer? i see very poor printed parts. As i know replikeo is selling parts from injected abs. Anyway, from my experience your first print after calibration must be extruder. I think that orinal extruder is printed with 50% infill and will be damaged soon.

Hi, Since i have buildtak I dont used anything for adhesion. Only Buildtak and heat (since yesterday tested with PET, PLA, ABS, HIPS, FlexFill) But if you will use it with wrong leveled bed the adhesion will be poor. Alfa and Omega of good adhesion is perfect bed leveling.I suggest to use autobed leveling. When nozzle is too close to buildtak will be very hard top pull out model from buildtak an

Hello guys, It is one month and 20 successful print when my buildtak came. I can only recommend it. Now I’m using MK3 heatbed and autobed leveling. With PLA im not heating bed and for ABS is 90C enough. I don’t need any more glue or any other kind of tape. Now I’m working on dual extrusion. I have first success with slic3r calibration. I will post some pictures.

Are you using configuration.h from replikeo? If yes, there is define BAUDRATE 115200

Start where print is creating of object border is well but second layer is printed out of borders. Printer is calibrated, when I press 100mm for X,Y axis in pronterface it will move only 100mm. I tested it, I connect each motor to different axis and they work well. Tomorrow i will measure every connector. and also stepper driver.

I tried, it doesn't help at all. I change it step by step in clockwise and back. I changed stepper drivers but still same result.

Hello, week ago came my printer from Replikeo. But when i started with calibration a found problem with Z axis motor. See youtube. When only one motor is in Z axis it works but two motors have problem which you can see in video.I 30second i presed 10mm in pronterface and motosrs stuck. I plug one motor to X and one to Y axis and they are working fine. I tried to change driver but without succes
